WHAT A HONOR TO HAVE BEEN CHOSEN, SO WE MUST NOW STAND FIRM, STAY FOCUSED, AND ENDURE!!!

As it is written: For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Today I can say the best is yet to come in spite of what we encounter from day to day in this relentless battle Satan, and His forces are waging in his vicious and maddening pursuit for each and everyone’s soul that allows Him A passage into there mind and body.

But as A child of the King I WILL NOW settle for nothing less than God’s best for my life and my family, friends and the Church that I whole so dear to my heart that I am A part of. It’s time we all say I am ready today to put off the old man or woman.

My friends we are no longer lost sheep, for we are GOD’S CHOSEN, set apart to finish His work for “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.” So please my friends pledge with me today that we all will be the man or women God created us to be.

Just think how great it is living in the 21^st century and being A part of the chosen generation of His faithful to finish up His work. It is now more clearer than ever before why Satan is so determine that we fall in some area of our life.

Weather it is appetite, marriage, work, gossip, dishonesty, adultery, covertness, other gods, entertainment, and the list goes on. I now know He will never stop or take one prisoner so I now challenge Satan and his forces, as I lay prostrate before my God today, as I humble myself,

and say with no reservations the good work you started in me you can now “carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Today I honor your commission you have set for me. I will not let Satan victimized me anymore.

I now know more then ever that I AM YOUR CHILD. So MY FRIENDS I now give it all to the Master. Not tomorrow, but at  this very moment I will put on the whole amour of God. I will not let Satan intimidate, or discourage me any longer because I am A child of the King.

And my faith tells me I have been chosen for such A time as this. I am now ready for the battle. Oh WHAT A HONOR TO HAVE BEEN CHOSEN, SO WE MUST NOW STAND FIRM, STAY FOCUSED AND ENDURE!! For

“God from the beginning choose us for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, to which He called you by the gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, brothers and sisters, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle. 2 Thess. 2:13-15

God is now speaking to my heart and I want you, like I to be more determined than ever. For the strategy and tactics of Satan are to destroy by whatever means necessary. But as A Child of God I will only use the POWER OF THE CROSS.

AND MY FRIENDS THE ENDING OF  THIS STORY, HAS ALREADY BEEN WRITTEN ON CALVARY.  SATAN LOSES, AND CHRIST AND ALL OF HIS FAITHFUL WHO HAVE ENDURED THROUGH IT ALL, WILL WIN. So my friends

“Come and hear, all you who fear God, And I will declare what He has done for my soul. I cried to Him with my mouth, And He was extolled with my tongue. If I regard iniquity in my heart,The Lord will not hear.

But certainly God has heard me; He has attended to the voice of my prayer. Blessed be God, Who has not turned away my prayer, Nor His mercy from me!” Ps 66:16-20 So now my friends I have no doubt who I am and who God wants me to be.

So I praise His name in great exaltation, as we go to battle in this great controversy between good and evil So “Lord please Fill me up completely With your anointing oil Not only my head But every part of me. Let my life send forth a glow Let the oil around me flow, So please Anoint me Lord This day I pray. For I now realize that broken hearts and lives Can be mended anew Just with one touch Dear Lord from you. So Let the oil of your Spirit Bring healing divine Through me. So Let it overflow”  So LET IT OVERFLOW IN ME PLEASE LORD PLEASE LET  IT OVERFLOW IN ME!!! (Vicki Yohe)

MY FRIENDS, CAN YOU HELP ME FIND A NAME?

let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole. This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone. ”NOR IS THERE SALVATION IN ANY OTHER FOR THERE IS NO OTHER NAME UNDER HEAVEN GIVEN AMONG MEN BY WHICH WE MUST BE SAVED” Acts 4:10-12

Acts 4:12 is telling me that, no name can give me Salvation but Jesus Christ, or save my soul from the condemnation, or penalty of sin except Jesus Christ, and Him Crucified. Isn’t it amazing that Jesus is the only name by which we can be save.

But it is also the only one that we seem to always use in vain, or swear by, it is  the only name that produces so much hate in the world we live in, or love in one’s Heart who has allowed His transforming power to take effect in there lives.

And yet Jesus name is the only one that can give us Eternal life if we so desire. My friends you will never here other gods name used in such utter contempt “Oh My Allah.” or “What in Buddha’s name is going on?” or “Krishna Dam” it’s amazing no other name do we annihilate,

or obliterate like the one and only name that can give us SALVATION. Oh what POWER, what HOPE, what GRACE, what LOVE, what FAITH behind A name. But my friends not just any name, the best way I can define it in one word or less is to just say TRANSFORMATION.

Because in just that name I have gone from someone on the road to self destruction to someone who eats, and breathes the awesome power of His name. And I am sure reformed alcoholics, or the cleansed prostitutes, or the reformed junkie, or the thief on the cross,

Or the murderer on death row who after A life of crime now recognizes the saving power of that name can say the same about the transforming power of the name of Jesus Christ, and what it means to them, as they stand in total awe before their Savior And say with all sincerity;

“My hope is built on nothing less Than Jesus Christ, my righteousness; I dare not trust the sweetest frame, But wholly lean on Jesus’ name. When darkness veils His lovely face, I rest on His unchanging grace; in every high and stormy gale, my anchor holds within the veil.”

Paul tells us also in Romans 10:13 for “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. The passion one must have to be “sinking deep in sin” and say Lord save me with faith and conviction and Eternal life is theirs.

“For thy name’s sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.” Psalms 111:9 Oh the power in the name of Jesus Christ. and it is that power that sets the standard that we all must live by. Because it is that standard in that name that allowed no sin to enter his life.

And at the same time stayed focused on His death, on A cross, for our sins so that we all may be eligible to sit before him in His pure and Holy kingdom. So today my friends we should all be able to say without A doubt, if we are A Child of God, that perfection is the nature of the name by which we receive salvation,

and everything else just falls short of  the honor, and glory of the name Jesus Christ. And that is why each day we must die to self so that we may one day be able to say “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.

The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” Gal 2:20 and then one day as John tells us in 1 John 3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 1 Peter 1:3-5 And as we stand among the redeemed one day soon, while witnessing our Saviors return we will have no doubt who is coming to take us Home because “On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: king of kings and lord of lords.” Rev. 19:16

WHO IS A MEMBER OF GOD’S RAPID RESPONSE TEAM?

GOD’S RAPID RESPONSE TEAM Are A team of Laymen, Women and Men that God has commissioned With the help of His Holy spirit and all the forces in His heavenly realm which responds to high awareness cases, where only the concept of  “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Will succeed in bringing Christ into someone’s life. 

But first we as God’s chosen team members must recognize that there is no greater command from the Master then to Love as God Loves. And as we take on the challenge, to love those who have lost hope,

we will also succeed in decreasing the risk of further deterioration of one’s dignity and self respect that comes about as A result from living in A world where the concept of love is what can I do for self,  “as the love of most “grows cold,” in our 21^st century, high tech got to have it right now society.

So many have lost hope because they recognize that the riches of this world are out of there reach, and they have never experienced the power of God’s love.

But My friends, if they only knew, if they could only touch the helm of his garment what transforming power that would be. And because they have never experienced the power of the masters touch, there hopeless situation seems only to get worse,

because there focus is always on how bad the situation or circumstances is, instead of who God is, and the fact that He is able to bring hope, peace love and joy into all situation and circumstances into A life that has never experienced such A feeling before.

But as members of God’s team, they will first have to see Christ in us, they will first have to see hope and mercy in us, they will first have to see beyond today to A land flowing with milk and honey in us, and then once they have been introduced to God through us,

Then they will begin to understand that “weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning” because Love conquers any and all situation. And once this process takes place, they begin to know God as A personal Savior like each of His team members.

But friends we must also understand that Satan will not relinquish easily, one who he has lead to believe there is no hope from the clutches of despair. Therefore team members must be able with the Help of the God’s Spirit to take the Whole Armor of God,

and with love, denounce all outside distractions that causes one to loose focus in the direction God is leading until they can understand for themselves that they “wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,

against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places,” Ephesians 6:12-13 while also understanding through God’s Spirit, that our God has the weapon that can never be destroyed which is the weapon of the cross.

As they also hold too the promise for His chosen that “The sun shall no longer be your light by day, Nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you; But the Lord will be to you an everlasting light, And your God your glory.

Your sun shall no longer go down, nor shall your moon withdraw itself; For the Lord will be your everlasting light, and the days of your mourning shall be ended. Isaiah 60:19-20 And my friends we must also never forget that God Himself will wipe away the tears,

and comfort the heartaches of everyone that we bring before Him as they begin to understand God’s Love does not discriminate because there is only one God and one Heaven that he has prepared for everyone  who has allowed Christ to transform there lives.

And as He brings them safely through the trials and storms of this life that they go through. They now understand that trials sometimes are allowed by God who as the head of this rescue team, always has a specific purpose, or reason far greater than where they are now at this  phase of there life.

And My friends it also comes down to God bringing people into our lives as He records our response of love in the books of heaven as He increases our territory each day, because As members of God’s team we should never think that we receive Salvation because we simply helped someone.

But our Salvation comes only when we have died to self and followed Christ to the cross and loved as He loved for john tells us in 1 John 4:7  “Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.”

So my friends today Lets just take the time to express the love of God  as we give hope to those who seem to have no hope. As we all on one accord give God all the honor praise and glory he deserves.

 SANCTIFICATION!! AND HIS NAME’S SAKE

1 Cor 1: But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God and righteousness and sanctification and redemption.

I am A Repentant sinner. Today I lay prostrate before the Lord as I begin to realize Christ reparation on my behalf’, and as A Child of God I understand that my only hope for Salvation was through the blood of Christ and the cross.

That mission statement tells me that my faith in what Christ has done for me gives me hope for eternal life. So now I am justified through my sincere belief in what the cross has done for me as I allow self to die daily while continuing to Study the Word of God,

while allowing His Holy Spirit to convict me of my sins before the presence of my Savior who Pardons or justifies my sins as an adopted child of the King. And once my sincere repentance reaches the courts of heaven my Savior who is our Advocate, goes before the father

for John tells us in 1 john 2:1 “My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.” who’s blood made this process possible.  And once before the father, He say’s

“This is My child. I reprieve him from the condemnation of death, giving him My life insurance policy (eternal life) because I have taken his place and have suffered for his sins. He is even My beloved son.” (White)

And now I can sing praises to the king and say with full assurance that “My hope is built on nothing less Than Jesus’ blood and righteousness I dare not trust the sweetest frame but wholly lean in Jesus’ Name.”

But the challenge for most of us is in allowing self to die and turning your life over to the unknown or terrified where Christ my lead. But my friends remember “The LORD is our shepherd; we shall not want.” And He also leadeth each of His children who have accepted Him as the Good Shepherd “in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.”

And it is FOR HIS NAME SAKE that I consecrate my life for the Good shepherd today. Yes My friends I give him all the praise, honor and glory, for HIS NAME’S SAKE. I die daily to self and live my life through Jesus Christ who died on the cross for my sins,

and is now my advocate FOR HIS NAME’S SAKE. for God’s credibility to the universe is based on His living up to His NAMESAKE as the one and only God, who’s PRECEPTS are holy, and based on, love, truthfulness, grace and mercy.

Which through Christ is our only means of salvation. And FOR HIS NAMES SAKE I worship and glorify His name 1 John 2:12 tells me I write to you, little children, Because your sins are forgiven you for His NAME’S SAKE:”

1 Samuel 12:22 also says “For the Lord will not forsake his people, for his GREAT NAME’S SAKE.”  1Peter 2:9 tells me And today it pleases the Lord to make you “a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession,

that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. by His Son Jesus Christ,”  and “Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise”.  And FOR HIS NAME SAKE like  A proud Father He can say with no reservations

“Have you” considered my Son’s and daughters, “that there is none like them on the earth”, a blameless and upright generation, A generation “who fears God and shuns evil?” Oh what an honor to have God speak of you in HIS NAME’S SAKE.

But this only happens when we have allowed God to transform us mentally and spiritually into His Image through the blood of His Son, and once our Character is like His and we have been identified as his son’s and daughters through Sanctification and His Holy righteousness,

we demonstrate our love for all that He has done in HIS NAME’S SAKE and spread the good news of Christ  holiness in His NAME SAKE. So my Friends remember, God’s willingness to invest in each of us lays at the very foundation of the sanctification process.

Psalm 23:3 tells us, the reason He guides us in righteous paths is for the sake of HIS NAME. So my friends, today we can rest assured that if God has called us, He will sanctify and ultimately glorify us in the blood of Christ. For the honor of His NAME SAKE is invested in His CHOSEN.

For if we are called by His NAMF then we “are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God.” Eph 2:19 and seeing that His divine power has granted us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the  knowledge of Him who called us by His own HONOR AND GLORY FOR HIS NAME’S SAKE.

WHY IS THIS CROSS SO HARD TO CARRY

My friends We are God’s Children, and we are told that God’s desire is that we CARRY THE CROSS THAT HE CARRIED, But Biblically, every command that Jesus gives us to get through this life to the next is not A easy PATH to follow. Love our enemies, Matthew 5:44

Turn the other cheek. Matthew 5:39 Making choices between my family and God. Matt. 19:29 And Then the toughest command of them all “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and TAKE UP THERE CROSS DAILY, and follow me…. Luke 9:23-24

Yes to most of us that happy life Christ wants for us is unattainable. But my friends it’s all about believing in A God who knows our strengths, and our weaknesses, In Isaiah 40:29 it tells us “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak”

Christ on the Mount of Olives as He was praying recognized the difficult road before him. And how unattainable the Journey was from a human standpoint, But as Jesus Christ, and our example He also knew, only through THE CROSS could we as His Children be strengthen, and saved.

So on His way to Calvary Humanity was weaken, and it was at that moment that He needed help to carry HIS CROSS. But my friends we must not make any mistakes. Only Christ as God and Man, could die for our sins on THE CROSS. So today as we carry OUR CROSS,

Yes, It will be A difficult journey. “But we have Christ Himself to help us with the load, because He knows the burden of  THE CROSS. And “Our Lord desires us to lay aside this yoke of bondage. He invites us to accept His yoke; He says, “My yoke or(CROSS)is easy, and My burden or (CROSS) is light.”

Yes Christ Journey to THE CROSS, His humanity knew the path would seem impossible. But He stayed focused, Oh my friends the power of CONCENTRATION and He also had His Fathers WORD, Oh my friends the power of His WORD. And He Never stopped praying, oh my friends the power of PRAYER.  And through his FAITH, on THE CROSS,

Humanity, along with the king of kings and Lord of Lords joined together AS ONE to save us, and to say without A doubt to the universe IT IS FINISHED. Oh my friends the power of FAITH. Today our Savior sees the end from the beginning.

Yes he knows every situation and circumstances that we may encounter in our lives and He has provided thousands  of ways to help us CARRY OUR CROSS. Because as Children of the King we must never forget.

That each of us like Christ, through God’s WORD and SPIRIT can JOIN FORCES with OUR FAITH AND ENDURANCE and  be saved through THE CROSS WE BEAR FOR CHRIST. Oh my God what Hope that gives EACH OF US.

And so my friends He waits, He knocks,  for his sole purpose is to save us with all the power, and strength, that got him to Calvary and THE CROSS, He gives us to lighten our load on our Journey to the Promise land. Yes  The path will be very difficult.

But like our savior victory can be ours through THE CROSS. So as Christ agonized and prayed for strength to finish the course, we must do the same as time moves toward Christ soon return and the trials of this world seem unbearable, as we ask ourselves, where is God.

It is at that moment, we must look back on His promises. when He tells us “The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deuteronomy 31:8

Also in Psalms 55:22 it says cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken. So my friends today, ask yourself are the comfort and pleasures of this world standing in the way of  ME, CARRYING MY CROSS FOR CHRIST?

If so then ask yourselves what must I do to carry MY CROSS for the Master. But also remember, if it get’s too heavy on your journey I know He will be right there to help you get to, THE FINISH LINE. So my friends remember God calls us to pursue righteousness THROUGH THE CROSS.

To sustain a drive toward excellence THROUGH THE CROSS. God also calls us to have a life of purpose far beyond what you think yourself capable of living THROUGH THE CROSS, Because He will sustain.

And provide us with the adequate amount of strength to fulfill His will in our life THROUGH THE CROSS.

And in the earth made new when we walk those streets of gold we will be able to say without A doubt, YES THE CROSS WAS HEAVY BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH IT.

YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS WAY BEFORE!!!

“Early in the morning Joshua and all the Israelites set out from Shittim and went to the Jordan, where they camped before crossing over.  After three days the officers went throughout the camp, giving orders to the people:

“When you see the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God, and the Levitical priests carrying it, you are to move out from your positions and follow it.  THEN YOU WILL KNOW WHICH WAY TO GO, ….” Joshua 3:1-4

This was directions of the Israelites new leader, Joshua who replaced Moses in leading the Children of Israel to the PROMISE LAND. He was Chosen, because HE HAD BEEN THIS WAY BEFORE.

Forty years earlier he stood at the threshold of the promise land, only to be denied entrance because the Faithless multitude had refused to focus on where God had brought them from. But how does one forget the plagues of Egypt, and the Passover night,

how does one forget the parting of the waters at the red sea, as they crossed over to escaped from the Egyptian army, how does one forget the food of angels from heaven for nourishment, and water from a mountain for thirst,

how could you ever forget the breathtaking power of God at Mt Sinai, and how do you forget God’s personal Message, from Moses “Here is what I want you to say to my people, who came from Jacob’s family. Tell the Israelites,

“You have seen for yourselves what I did to Egypt. You saw how I carried you on the wings of eagles and brought you to Myself.” What A sad scenario To have seen and heard the mighty power of God, and still be denied entrance to the Promise land,

because your focus was on the Giants of the land, and not the one who created the giants. Joshua  remembered listening to the reports of the twelve spies who said “We went to the land where you sent us. It really is a land flowing with milk and honey.

Here’s some of its fruit. But the people who live there are strong and the cities have walls and are very large. But only Caleb and Joshua out of the multitude over twenty knew the power of God and what He had done for them in the pass.

“Let’s go now and take possession of the land. We should be more than able to conquer it.” But Satan encouraged doubt from the faithless “We can’t attack those people! They’re too strong for us!”

and now only Caleb and Joshua remained out of the million plus, who were over twenty who died in the wilderness. Yes my friends only two over twenty knew where God had brought them, yes only two over twenty HAD BEEN THIS WAY BEFORE.

Yes my Friends They knew from personal experiences what the fear of the unknown would do to someone who would not let the presence of the Lord determine there destiny. So that is why Joshua’s mandate to the multitude was to follow the covenant of the Lord

“SINCE YOU HAD NEVER BEEN THIS WAY BEFORE. So today my friends As God’s Children, the journey we are now traveling to the promise land stands on the other side of  our trials, and tribulations that we must encounter as this controversy continues between Good and evil,

for It is UNCHATTERED TERRITORY to us, but our Lord and savior Jesus Christ HAS BEEN THIS WAY BEFORE. He knows the rough terrain. He knows the temptations and hardships one must encounter daily from the forces of evil,

yes He knows the pain of the road we must travel, and the exhaustion of the constant battles from Satan for John 4:6 tells us “Jacob’s well was there, and Jesus, tired as he was from the journey, sat down by the well….”

But our Savior never lost focus. His love for us never wavered For He knew our fragile framework, because he was our Creator; He remembered that we are made from the dust of the ground. And what delicate steps we must take to follow Him to Calvary.

But My friends who else to Guide us along this journey but someone who HAS BEEN THIS WAY BEFORE, and finished the course. So remember when you are tempted and the trials of this life seems to be more then you can bear.

Remember “No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” 1 Corinthians 10:13

The Psalmist also tells us in Psalm 73:23-26 Nevertheless, I am continually with you; you hold my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will receive me to glory. Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever

I’M WAITING GOD, I DON’‘T HAVE ALL DAY, WHAT’S UP!!!!

Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Matthew 7:7-8 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

Two, of many of God’s promises to His Children. But Waiting on God is such A painful experience sometimes, the wait becomes so discouraging especially when you see Him blessing others. Well God WHAT’S UP with that. How can I trust A God who has me waiting. Well God this thing will happen, and by whatever means necessary, I will  make it happen.

This is usually our reaction when we don’t see A instant reactions from God. We sometimes expect God to work like instance coffer two teaspoon in A cup of water, two minutes in the microwave, and you are off to the races. But my friends if you are A Child of the King, sometimes our prayer request can take A day, A week, or A season.

And in some cases, it may never get answered. “In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord; In the night my hand was stretched out without weariness; My soul refused to be comforted” Ps. 77:1-2. But What are our options in a trying season of waiting? well first, we must recognize God listens, and He is also still in control.

We must never forget His Son went to Calvary so that we may receive eternal life even in the midst of this controversy between good and evil. So God’s no. 1 priority is to Honor His name, and save us. For Peter tells us in 2 Peter 3:9 that “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness,

but is long suffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. Yes my friends God “will neither slumber nor sleep” So we must established, A solid foundation in God even when our prayers are not being answered in every situation, or circumstances. But we must “Trust in the Lord with all our heart. and lean not on our own understanding;

But submit to him totally, and if you allow that to happen he will make your paths straight” and in the end that same path will lead to God’s promise land. But my friends in the mean time Pour out your Soul to God while allowing Him to encourage you (Ps. 62:8). tells us to

“Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.”  The Psalmest also tells us in Ps 46 “‘God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;……

God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn……(But as A Child of God we must) Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” My friends the bottom line is we must Trust God. The most important thing in these turbulent times we live in today is that God  supplies all of our needs Not just our wants.

God wants us to understand that He is our only legitimate source of Help for Paul tells us in 1 Tim. 6:17. Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.”

So my friends today ask God to supply your needs in whatever way He fills fit to accomplish what He has started in your life For Philippians 1:6 tells us being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. So continued to make you petitions to the Lord.

As you search the scriptures for his promises while  Enduring till this race is over. But in the meantime Prepare yourself for God’s answer no matter what the outcome may be for He loves us more then we can ever imagine. And once again His name must be honored. So today ask yourself, How will that Job, House,  Car, Baby, or Marriage, Honor God and give you Eternal life at the same time.

So always tell yourself, “I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need.” Philippians 4:11-12 So my friends Ask God for fulfillment, and a peace of mind today. Then, when He does give you your heart’s desire, as He answers your prayers your contentment will be firmly grounded in Jesus Christ and Him crucified.

THEN MY LIVING SHALL NOT BE IN VAIN

“If I can help somebody as I pass along, If I can cheer somebody with a word or song, If I can show somebody he is trav’ling wrong, THEN MY LIVING SHALL NOT BE IN VAIN If I can do my duty as a Christian ought, If I can bring back beauty to a world up-wrought, If I can spread love’s message that the Master taught, THEN MY LIVING SHALL NOT BE IN VAIN

Watch what God does, and then you do it, like children who learn proper behavior from their parents. Mostly what God does is love you. Keep company with him and learn a life of love. Observe how Christ loved us. His love was not cautious but extravagant. He didn’t love in order to get something from us but to give everything of himself to us. Love like that. Ephesians 5:1-2 (The Message Bible)

Yesterday I was at a funeral of one of the much loved and respected Patriarchs of our church, such A beautiful and wonderful life she lived. Oh what A great feeling the family must have felt, hearing the words of love, as each individual who spoke, spoke only of her as A loving, and kind individual, who was always looking out for the welfare of others.

A life where self had died as she allowed the love and grace of God to control what she did throughout her life. A song was sung we all have heard in the pass. IF I CAN HELP SOMEONE ALONG THE WAY, THEN MY LIVING SHALL NOT BE IN VAIN. It is amazing when someone dies it allows each of us to look back on our own life.

As we begin to focus at what our  self worth was to others in the time frame God gives us to get it right. As I begin to meditate once again on the meaning of the words. IF I CAN HELP SOMEONE ALONG THE WAY, THEN MY LIVING SHALL NOT BE IN VAIN. I keep looking over my own life thinking. When the sunset of my life reaches its peak what will be said about my life,

and the life of my friends who reads this Devotional today, Did you make a difference in everyone’s lives ALONG THE WAY. And will your legacy have A positive and loving impact. And will everyone be able to say, I AM A BETTER PERSON BECAUSE WE WERE APART OF THERE LIVES. My friends today through God’s anointing power,

FOCUS on the talents and resources God has allowed you to have, and ask yourself how can I benefit those around me, As I Die to self daily while allowing Christ to transform, more and more of me, until He has total control, and my passion becomes  to HELP SOMEONE ALONG THE WAY ON THIS JOURNEY TO THE PROMISE LAND.

My friends as we approach the final days of this life’s history there will be A sharp contrast from A child of God and those who follow the forces of evil. For Paul tells us in 2 Timothy 3:1-5: the message bible paraphrase it this way “Don’t be naive. There are difficult times ahead. As the end approaches, people are going to be self-absorbed,

money-hungry, self-promoting, stuck-up, profane, contemptuous of parents, crude, coarse, dog-eat-dog, unbending, slanderers, impulsively wild, savage, cynical, treacherous, ruthless, bloated windbags, addicted to lust, and allergic to God. They’ll make a show of religion, but behind the scenes they’re animals. Stay clear of these people.”

But A Child of God in these last days, our testimony comes from John 13:34-35  when Christ tells us, “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

So my friends if you allow the value of God’s love in your life then your life will become the “salt of the earth”. with A holy and righteous legacy. And the only memory every one will have of you will be, someone who was KINDHEARTED, LOVING, JOYFUL, COMPASSIONATE, AND HUMBLE.

So my friends today let everyone rewrite there mission statement to say “I’ll give my hand to those who cannot see, The sunshine or the falling rain. I’ll sing my song to cheer the weary along, For I may never pass this way again! I’ll share my faith with every troubled heart, So I shall not have lived in vain. I’ll give my hand, I’ll sing my song, I’ll share my faith, because I know, That the time is now to fulfill each vow, For I may never pass this way again!” So today and until Christ comes, IF I CAN HELP SOMEONE ALONG THE WAY THEN MY LIVING SHALL NOT BE IN VAIN

HOW MUCH IS SALVATION WORTH TO YOU?

“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it. Matthew 13:45-46:

The merchantman bought the pearl after selling all he had. But let’s remember Christ is the gift of life. But in order to receive the gift that only Christ can give You must allow Him full access to your life in order to transform your mind body and soul into the Character fit for His kingdom.

And once we give it all to the Master we begin to recognize that “The gospel of Christ is a blessing that all may possess. “The poorest, as well able as the richest, for no amount of worldly wealth can secure it. It is obtained by willing obedience, by giving ourselves to Christ as His own purchased possession.

Education, even of the highest class, cannot of itself bring a man nearer to God. We cannot earn salvation, but we are to seek for it with as much interest and perseverance as though we would abandon everything in the world for it. We are to seek for the pearl of great price, but not in worldly marts or in worldly ways.

The price we are required to pay is not gold or silver, for this belongs to God. Abandon the idea that temporal or spiritual advantages will win for you salvation. God calls for your willing obedience. He asks you to give up your sins. “To him that over cometh,” Christ declares, “will I grant to sit with Me in My throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with My Father in His throne.” Rev. 3:21. Our attitude should be as that of the merchantman willing to give all we own for our salvation. Remember he sold EVERYTHING, because He knew that the treasure he had found, far exceeded the value of anything he had in his possession, more then his home, his cars, his clothes. My friends this is how we must view Salvation.

The kingdom of God it must become real to us, more then anything this world and the forces of evil has to offer. I once received an E-mail of about twenty of our popular entertainers Homes. Some extending many city blocks in length. They are beautiful estates that have great value. But today my friends, I need you to focus on the kingdom of MY GOD.

His kingdom is priceless, and it far exceeds anything we could ever imagine. A kingdom OUR GOD has prepared for His Faithful Children who WILL ENDURE TILL THE END, and who’s robes have been washed with the blood of Jesus Christ. For Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 2:9

“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him. But our Faith must tell us, that This is what OUR GOD has waiting for us if I can just stay focus and give it all to the Master. The price for our Salvation was paid at the cross.

But we all must be willing to say. My only desire, is to honor You Lord with all my HEART and SOUL. Every breath that I take Every moment I’m awake Lord I give to you. My friends in the end There will be many who are forever seeking that precious pearl that can only come from God. But they will never entirely surrender it all to the Master.

Somehow they will always find ways to stay faithful to the things of this world. They will never allow self to completely die, so that Christ can take full control. Therefore they never find out the true value of salvation, and eternal life. They will never fully conquer ungodly ambition and their love for what the world has to offer.

Never willing to follow Christ to Calvary. Only willing to get to the threshold of the promise land, but not willing to do what it takes to cross over. As Heirs to Gods kingdom we must maintain A real passion to claim our new found treasure. John tells us in Revelation 21:7 “The one who conquers will have this heritage, and I will be his God and he will be my son.

And when we know the value of what we have as heirs to the kingdom of God, We must never keep it hidden BUT LET IT SHINE!! spread the good news and tell everyone I have found A treasure that no man can place A value on and it is Called JESUS CHRIST and you can tell the world our God has made A promise to all who stays focused.

That  one day OUR GOD will choose those who are poor in the world and rich in faith to be heirs of His kingdom. This my friends He has promised to those who love him and keep His commandments.

MARY’S ALABASTER BOX!! YOU ALMOST PERSUADED ME!!!

Who is Mary Magdalene: Some scholars believe she was the adulterer brought to Jesus one day to test Him, that they might have something on which to accuse Him.

John 8:2-11…….“Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground. At this, those who heard began to go away……. until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. Jesus straightened up and asked her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?” “No one, sir,” she said. “Then neither do I condemn you,”

Then Luke 8:1-2 tells us. “After this, Jesus traveled about from one town and village to another, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God. The Twelve were with him, and also some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases: Mary (called Magdalene) from whom seven demons had come out.”

Then Mary took a pound of very costly oil of spikenard, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped His feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil. But one of His disciples……… said, “Why was this fragrant oil not sold for three hundred denarii and given to the poor?”……John 12:3-7

then Luke 7:39-43 tells us “Now when the Pharisee who had invited him saw this, he said to himself, “If this man were a prophet, he would have known who and what sort of woman this is who is touching him, for she is a sinner.” And Jesus answering said to him, “Simon, I have something to say to you.”………

“A certain moneylender had two debtors. One owed five hundred denarii, and the other fifty. When they could not pay, he canceled the debt of both. Now which of them will love him more?” Simon answered, “The one, I suppose, for whom he canceled the larger debt.” And he said to him, “You have judged rightly.”

As Mary’s tears of love flowed down her cheeks mixing with the fragrance of Love and gratitude of our Savior, she stoops to wipe the feet of the master, Her thoughts were only “I can’t forget the way life used to be while I was a prisoner to the sin that had me bound…., Until the day when Jesus came to me And healed my soul With the wonder of His touch.

So now I’m giving back to Him All the praise He’s worthy of,  because I’ve been forgiven. And that is why I love Him so much And pour out My praise on Him Like oil from my alabaster box.” My friends Nothing is to costly for the good Shepard, as He guides us on our Journey to Calvary and then to His Kingdom.

But very few truly comprehend all that Christ is to them And what He can do, if they would just have faith and stay focused on the transforming power of the Saviors touch. As I listen to the words of the song, ALABASTER BOX sung by Lillie McCloud, from the X factor. Oh what gratitude I felt as the Spirit touch my heart to tell you today that Jesus lives.

As you witness the tears of the judges and the audience reaction I begin to wonder how many really are affected by the Spirits presence in the Words, as she sung, for you could not but fill God’s Spirit. But when each individual realizes what Sacrifice it will take to give it all to the master in Changing one’s Character to be like Him.

How many will walk away like the rich young ruler as they mummer the words of king Agrippa when He said to Paul after Paul spoke of The saving power of Christ to A captive audience “You almost persuade me to become a Christian.” My Friends each week as we sit in our pews at our churches, and fill the presence of God’s Spirit. Once we get home

and our minds begin to focus on the things of this world. Do we begin to tell ourselves. God’s Spirit almost persuaded me to give it all to Christ, and follow Him no matter where it may lead. From A human standpoint Mary appeared hopelessly lost in sin. “But Christ saw in Mary capabilities for good.

He saw the better traits of her character. The plan of redemption has invested humanity with great possibilities, and in Mary these possibilities were to be realized. Through His grace she became a partaker of the divine nature. The one who had fallen, and whose mind had been a habitation of demons, was brought very near to the Saviour in fellowship and ministry.

It was Mary who sat at His feet and learned of Him. It was Mary who poured upon His head the precious anointing oil, and bathed His feet with her tears. Mary stood beside the cross, and followed Him to the sepulcher. Mary was first at the tomb after His resurrection. It was Mary who first proclaimed a risen Saviour.” (E.G.White Desire of Ages)

My Friends Christ waits, His grace and mercy is sufficient if we will choose Him today. Remember Christ Died on the Cross for our sins. Our Gift to Him must be our Mind and Body, and in return His Gift to us will be Eternal life.
