MY FRIENDS, I WANT TO SEE JESUS, SO WE MUST STAY FOCUSED!!

Every once and a while we need to reach back and focus on why we are on this journey because it is so easy to lose sight and forget our purpose and our destination. Sometimes we have to just focus, while getting a clear vision and understanding from God’s Spirit that we are still going in the right direction and that the rewards that awaits all of God’s faithful who will endure until the end are worth it.

Satan at times has us believing that the reward is not worth it and God’s Mandate is unattainable. But that is when we should tell ourselves. “our hope is built on nothing less Than Jesus Christ, our righteousness; we dare not trust the sweetest frame, But wholly lean on Jesus’ name. On Christ, the solid Rock, we stand; All other ground is sinking sand.”

In addition, the struggles of this life sometimes takes its toll on a child of God, that’s why we can never lose sight of that vision that takes God’s Children, heirs to His kingdom walking with friends and love ones down the streets of Heaven, as the brightness of the Son, our Savior illuminates the eternal sky as the redeemed sings in unison Worthy is the Lamb who gave it all for our Salvation.

As we envision that scene, now the struggles of this old world become only a challenge or a mountain worth conquering. The Journey now doesn’t seem so overwhelming the setbacks and trials are but a moment in time that will fade throughout the ceaseless ages of eternity.

God knew we would all have times when we felt like given up as we “wondered down some pointless road to nowhere, Forever running but always losing this race” but grace my friends, Each time we read a promise in God’s Word, a promise of love and Hope, we must understand, failure can never be an option, only endurance until we cross over into the Promise Land.

It want be long, soon we will received our true reward, life eternal when Christ says “it is finished” until then, this journey will demand commitments from all of God’s children. So we must remain focused, we must also stimulate ourselves and others to set higher goals, especially in the work of bringing more souls under the umbrella of the faith of Jesus Christ.

We must also find new ways to evangelize as we take the good news of Christ return to a world whose spiritual compass always points towards the things of this world and perdition, that place the god of this world has most thinking is a better alternative over life eternal.

“This life at best is but the Christian’s winter; and the bleak winds of winter disappointments, losses, pain, and anguish are our lot here; but our hopes are reaching forward to the Christian’s summer, when we shall change climate, leave all the wintry blasts and fierce tempests behind, and be taken to those mansions Jesus has gone to prepare for those that love Him.(”Life Sketches of Ellen G. White, pp. 239, 240.)

My friends, Success comes from finishing this journey Christ has set for us. It must be all about Him and his will. We must die in Christ daily as we continue to stay focused on that prize of life eternal and Remember if we are faithful “we can be confident of this, that He who began a good work in [us] will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Phil 1:6 (KJV)

So my friends today. Stay focused, remain faithful, love one another and endure till the end and never forget to STUDY&PRAY
