My friends, It’s time to give it all to the Master as we “lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, as we run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross” Heb. 12:1-2 (KJV)

As we look at the world in these last days, The road on our journey will only get narrower and steeper, so we must lighten the load of the cares of this world. In addition, God’s Word and Spirit must be our only benchmark that we live by. So today we must ask ourselves as we stand in the presence of God, how does the weight of self become eliminated completely and the life we live is only the life of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

God has placed His chosen in a very unique position and that is to be His light barriers in these last days. But Satan has also chosen us to accomplish his goals. James tells us in James 1:14-15 (KJV) “But each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.”

Yes, we are chosen by Satan for perdition. But as we remove every “weight of sin that so easily ensnares us“ God then tells us “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” Col 3:23 (KJV) So each of us have been placed where we are today “for such a time as this.”

And “our mission should we accept it” is to allow “The Spirit of the Lord [to] come upon His chosen, Because He has anointed us To preach the gospel to the poor; and to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord” Luke 4:18-19 (KJV)

Therefore our focus must be on restoration of all that the god of this world has taken from us through sin, for our only desire must be to live in “a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth will passed away” So our travel must be light if our destination is the kingdom of God and life eternal.

That is why we cannot “lay up for ourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but [we must] lay up for ourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.”Matt, 6:19-20 (ESV)

“For this world is not our permanent home; we are looking forward to a home yet to come. Therefore, let us offer through Jesus a continual sacrifice of praise to God, proclaiming our allegiance to his name. Heb. 13:14-15 (NLT)

And then one day we will be a part of a “great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. and we will be wearing white robes and palm branches in our hands.”

And then it becomes personal, our Savior will tells us Himself “Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.” Matt. 25:21 (KJV)

So friends stay focused, remain faithful, love one another and endure till the end and never forget to STUDY&PRAY
