ATTENTION LEADERS; GO LEAD IN “THE NAME OF THE FATHER, SON AND THE HOLY SPIRIT!!
“Perhaps you have heard the geese honking as they fly northward in a “V” formation. They head toward the grain 
fields of Canada and Alaska to spend the summer. Two engineers calibrated in a wind tunnel why geese fly in formation. Each goose, flapping its wings, creates an uplift for the goose that follows.
The whole flock gains 71% greater flying range than if they journeyed alone. That’s why the leader of the “V” formation falls back periodically to let another leader take the point, and why the rest stay in line. It is rough to be a leader. Even in a flock of geese, leadership is a shared responsibility.” Every child of God, at one time or another, is called to “take the point.” Or lead in some capacity for the Master.
As God’s children we must develop a PASSION for being a leader for Christ that tells the world that no matter what, we will serve Christ, as we seek His Presence daily, while inspiring others to share our vision while pulling everyone who sees Christ in us up the rough side of the mountain with us.
In addition, “While on our way up that mountain, we must first have our feet solidly on the ground in order to move 
ahead, Else we will just slip off and take others with us. There are always times when we will need to crawl, slow down, take breaks, but the most essential thing is [as God’s chosen] we must stay FOCUSED. And keep stepping up despite the numbness of pain. [In addition] During the troubled times, you will always get a helping hand” from the Master (Krishna Khanna)
for our God “will [always] lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them.” Is. 42:16 (NIV)
There is an expectation that Christ has for His Leaders because He has given us a path to the promise land that others must follow also. So my friends weather it is your desire to lead or not, God has placed that responsibility within you too Inspire, influence, and encourage others to place their values away from the god of this world, And place it on the integrity of what they see in things above.
We must each become ambassadors for Christ as we pave the way to the promise land for others in the final days of this life’s history. We must be so focused on our goal, that all we present the good news of the gospel too will not hesitate to TRANSCEND BEYOND TOMORROW as they put their hands in the hands of the master as “He leads us all in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.”
Yes our God has entrusted us with His Name’s Sake. And others must feel that same trust within us as we encourage them, to love as Christ loved with that Agape Love which is selfless, sacrificial, and unconditional. Remember it is not about us any more, because as leaders for Christ, self has died.
That is why I am suffering as I am [as I travel on this Journey our God has placed us on]. Yet this is no cause for shame, because I know whom I have believed…2 Tim 1:12 (NIV) and now I must lead others to have a passion to see this vision to do extraordinary things for the Master.
He must become alive in their lives also as they witness the transforming power of His Spirit in each of us. But first we 
must be clear, and decisive about where we are going on this journey and how we are going to get there, and what are the benefits once we have arrived.
Gods Promises must become real, our PASSION must transcend, my friends let them see and feel the vision as they walk through those streets of gold with you in God’s Kingdom. As God’s chosen make Salvation a “Unity of Purpose” as you INSPIRE a world who has lost their “Spiritual Compass” to carry their cross as we “Model the way” to God’s pure and Holy Kingdom.
So my friends today. Stay focused, remain faithful, love one another and endure till the end and never forget to STUDY&PRAY
