MY FRIENDS, TO DIE FOR CHRIST, OH WHAT A HONOR!!

“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” 2 Timothy 4:7-8

 As God’s chosen, as we begin to escalate Christ in our life. We also must begin to diminish self to the point where self no longer exist, because a transformation has taken place, and we are now crucified with Christ as He lives out His life through us for all to see.

For “He bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness…..”  1 Peter 2:24 But there must be a PASSION and a DESIRE from within that will forever live for the greater goal of spreading the good news of the gospel, as we await Christ soon return.

We also must be willing to live out our FAITH even to the point of death. Many Christians have died for the GOSPEL of CHRIST. Is your FAITH today at a point if asked by the good Shepherd to lay down your life for Him, you would consider it an HONOR.

Martyr John Huss: “When he had been fastened to the stake, and all was ready for the fire to be lighted, the martyr was once more exhorted to save himself by renouncing his errors. “What errors,” said Huss, “shall I renounce? I know myself guilty of none.

I call God to witness that all that I have written and preached has been with the view of rescuing souls from sin and perdition; and, therefore, most joyfully will I confirm with my blood that truth which I have written and preached.

” When the flames kindled about him, he began to sing, “Jesus, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me,” and so he continued till his voice was silenced forever. Martyr Jerome of Prague: As the sentence of condemnation was passed upon him.

He was led out to the same spot upon which Huss had yielded up his life. He went singing on his way, his countenance lighted up with joy and peace. His gaze was fixed upon Christ, and to him death had lost its terror. When the executioner, about to kindle the pile, stepped behind him, the martyr exclaimed:

“Come forward boldly; apply the fire before my face. Had I been afraid, I should not be here. His last words, uttered as the flames rose about him, were a prayer. “Lord, Almighty Father,” he cried, “have pity on me, and pardon me my sins; for Thou knowest that I have always loved Thy truth.”His voice ceased, but his lips continued to move in prayer. Today my friends our eyes are to be forever “looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross…. (Hebrews 12:2)  Acts 20:24 states “But I count my life of no value to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of God’s grace.”

This is where I need you to focus at today my friends, on the words of Paul that says “BUT I COUNT MY LIFE OF NO VALUE TO MYSELF, SO THAT I MAY FINISH MY COURSE, AND THE MINISTRY” As we read God’s Word, this is God’s MANDATE to His FAITHFUL, to finish His MINISTRY.

What man can do to the body is of no significance to our salvation and eternal life. “And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death.” Rev. 12:11

Today my friends we must give it all to the Master as we allow our faith to be stretched to the limit, as our focused  revolves around the timing of this journey God has each of us own. But we must accept God’s plan for us as we rest in his PRESENCE as our Character is being shaped for Eternity, because once self is dead Christ can say without any reservations my child enter into my kingdom that has been prepared for you.

“BEING CONVICTED BY YOUR CONSCIENCE,” WHAT’S NEXT MY FRIENDS?

But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear. So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. THEN THOSE WHO HEARD IT, BEING CONVICTED BY THEIR CONSCIENCE, WENT OUT ONE BY ONE…. When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, “Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?” She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more. Matt. 8:1-11

My friends do you ever wonder what Christ was writing with his finger on the ground. Well it could have been the sins of all the accusers of “THE WOMAN” that is the most popular scenario. But the more I FOCUS on Matt. 8:1-11 I myself think, He could have been just drawing. Maybe He was drawing a picture of  the cross that he would carry on His back to Calvary one day, for the sins of the worlds.

Or maybe he thought of his home in heaven that he had left on our behalf, and begun to draw some of the beauty of paradise, or maybe He just wrote the words, “My Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, here on earth as it is in heaven.

My friends we can’t say for sure what He wrote with those awe inspiring fingers that created the world in six days. But myself, I don’t believe he needed to take the time to write the sins on the ground of the men who surrounded him with the accusations of adultery against  “THE WOMAN” that they brought before Christ to condemn.

But my friends this is where I need you to FOCUS today, and that is when anyone comes into the PRESENCE of God and they look upon the PURITY of his life against their’s, then anyone, like each of these men, will be CONVICTED BY YOUR CONSCIENCE.

“The accusers had been defeated. Now, their robe of pretended holiness torn from them, they stood GUILTY, and CONDEMNED, in the PRESENCE of Infinite PURITY. They trembled lest the hidden iniquity of their lives should be laid open to the multitude; and one by one, with bowed heads and downcast eyes, they stole away, leaving their victim with the pitying Saviour.” (E.G. White)

My friends not like the men who walk away from the PRESENCE of Christ, I hope once you have that experience like “THE WOMAN” who was being accused and brought into THE PRESENCE OF GOD. That you will allow Christ Spirit to CONDEMN, CONVICT, and TRANSFORM Your Character into the Character of Christ as you fall down in heartfelt prayer, repentance, and supplication, and with admiration before the Master you cry out, MY GOD, MY GOD, NOT MY WILL BUT THY WILL BE DONE.

AND FROM THAT POINT FORWARD you will give it all to the one who gave it all for you on Calvary as you deny self “and take up your CROSS” as a DISCIPLE, while spreading the good news of the gospel to a world that seeks HOPE where there is none.

My friends once again “If angels could pull back the curtain” and you could see that we are right on the threshold of Christ second coming, with wars and rumors of wars. Nation rising against nation, and kingdoms against kingdoms, famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.

Many false prophets have begun to rise up and deceive many. lawlessness abounds throughout the world, as the love of many have begun to grow cold.” Matt. 24 So friends “If then you have been raised with Christ…… Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.” Col. 3:1-4

So My friends if you stay FOCUSED, remain FAITHFUL and ENDURE to the end one day soon you will hear Christ Himself say. “Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness.” Matt. 25:23

TO BE LIKE CHRIST, WHAT MUST I DO?

Is it possible for man to understand by using his limited intellect the things or mind of God. So what is the key to Christ likeness or having His Character, or knowing Him to the point that we seek His PRESENCE within us each day.

Acts 4:13 says “When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with Jesus.?” So is it a look or a attitude or an aura about a Child of God that tells the world we have been in the PRESENCE of God.

My friends I can only tell you because of my faith, and hope your faith tells you the same. And that is to really know God, first we must ask God’s Spirit to give us understanding as we study God’s word diligently each day. And through our FAITH that in itself becomes the beginning of a firm foundation in knowing Christ, and His will for us.

Luke 6:47-49 tells us “Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like: He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock.

But he who heard and did nothing is like a man who built a house on the earth without a foundation, against which the stream beat vehemently; and immediately it fell. And the ruin of that house was great.” Paul also says In 1 Corinthians 3:11

So my friends  no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, through God’s Word, and at the same time we must completely surrender our will to the Master, and then WE WILL BECOME LIKE HIM

“I have one deep supreme desire that I may be like Jesus to this I fervently aspire. I want my heart his throne to be so that a watching world may see His likeness shining forth in me. I want His Spirit to fill my hungering soul His power all my life control my deepest prayer my highest goal that I may Be like Jesus” (Crystal Lewis)

“And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3:18  Understanding and knowing God’s Word through His Spirit is the process by which God’s character is cultivated in us.

But it must be a daily process, and in so doing, we become aware of our own existence, sensations, thoughts, and surroundings, through Christ, and as a result, each day we begin to walk into Gods divine wisdom. A wisdom that allows us to focus and walk along the same path that Christ did when He was own this earth.

A path of a humble and loving servant to all. Phil. 2:1-2 tells us  “Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind.”

My friends of all the wonderful attributes of our Lord, as I try and understand Him and the things He wants us to know about Him. The most outstanding was his humbleness. Paul states in Philippians 2:5-8 “Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men.

And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.” God chose us “……to be conformed to the image of his Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.” (Romans 8:29) Oh what a honor, my friends. And to show my thanks and love to God for all He has done for me I will serve Him till the day He comes to take me away to live in His pure and holy kingdom.

“DO YOU LOVE GOD MORE THEN ANYTHING, THEN LET THE WORLD KNOW”

My friends “DO YOU LOVE GOD MORE THEN ANYTHING, THEN LET THE WORLD KNOW” this is all God ask of you. But a PASSION TO LOVE AS CHRIST LOVES, surpasses our love for MOTHER, FATHER, HUSBAND, WIFE, CHILDREN, JOB, CAR, HOUSE, TV, IPAD, COMPUTER, and the list goes on.

Christ blood that was shed on Calvary on our behalf takes our love for Christ to another level that only a child of God could recognize.

“He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; and he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me……” Matt 10:37-39

Yes my friends Calvary Justifies that same love Christ has shown towards us, we can now show towards Him and a world that seeks hope where there is none.

And When our character is grounded, and rooted in the love of  God, and His Word, “then I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39

To Love any less would be detrimental to our salvation, because now we have placed other gods before our Savior because they now become more important than our Love for God. “For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God Ex. 34:14

My friends the only Begotten Son of God died in our place on Calvary so that we could live with Him in His pure and holy kingdom. There is no greater love. But it did not end with His death on the cross. Because He rose again so His love continues to live through us. And we must serve that same risen Savior, while allowing our faith to grow as we truly LOVE GOD MORE THAN ANYTHING, as we spread the good news of the gospel.

And through our faith in God and His love for us and our Love for Him His amazing strength and power becomes ours, and we learn to sing, praises and glorify Him no matter what situation or circumstances we may find ourselves in.

My friends Love Conquers all, and not what the god of this world deems as love, but that genuine, selfless, sacrificial, unconditional love that can only come from Christ. Yes my friends, there is no greater love. Paul tells us in Ephesians 3:17-19

“So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.”

Paul also tells us in Romans 5:3-5 More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

My friends “DO YOU LOVE GOD MORE THEN ANYTHING, and if so THEN LET THE WORLD KNOW” Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him. James 1:12

THE DEVELOPMENTAL PROCESS HAS STARTED, ARE YOU READY!!!

But recall the former days when, after you were enlightened, you ENDURED a hard struggle with sufferings………since you knew that you yourselves had a better possession and an abiding one? Therefore do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of ENDURANCE, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised. For, “Yet a little while, and the coming one will come and will not delay” Heb 10:32-37

My friends when I am on top of the mountain I will praise the Lord. When I am in the valley I praise the Lord, because “I can only imagine, when that day comes, when I find myself standing in the Son! I can only imagine, when all I will do, is forever worship You! Surrounded by Your Glory, what will my heart feel? Will I dance for you, Jesus? Or in awe of You, be still? Will I stand in Your PRESENCE, or to my knees will I fall? Will I sing ‘Hallelujah!’? Will I be able to speak at all I CAN ONLY IMAGINE!”

That is why I am not afraid of  THE DEVELOPMENTAL PROCESS THAT GOD HAS STARTED IN ME, because I CAN ONLY IMAGINE. But as God’s chosen generation why do most of us test God, while SEEKING A SIGN.

“You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the SIGNS OF THE TIMES. A wicked and adulterous generation SEEKS AFTER A SIGN,” My friends your sufferings and hardship should be all the signs you need because His promises to each of us are promises of GRACE, HOPE, and LOVE for all who desire to Live with GOD one day.

“For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.” Phil 1:6 that promise was not CONDITIONAL on whether you live a good life, or if it, RAINED or SNOWED when you were expecting sunshine.

My friends the road to SALVATION is not open for DEBATE, that is why it is a very narrow road, and only a few will find it. Conditions are tough, because it requires carrying your own cross and becoming a disciple of CHRIST. Matt. 16:24

“The Romans forced convicted criminals to carry their own crosses to the place of crucifixion, WHILE FACING RIDICULE ALONG THE WAY TO DEATH.” And today, that ridicule my friends are the trials and tribulation of this life that God places in our life for our DEVELOPMENTAL PROCESS for our JOURNEY to the kingdom.

But none of this will be possible if we have not allowed God’s Spirit to transform us into the Character of Christ, as we allow self to die daily “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” Gal 2:20

“TAKE UP YOUR CROSS AND FOLLOW HIM” while COMPLETELY “DYING TO SELF.” My friends the Choice is not a difficult choice to make. Soon God will say IT IS FINISHED So “…..What good is it for a man or woman to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit his soul?”

“All true obedience my friends must have a PASSION from within that our Savior “will so identify Himself with our thoughts and aims, so blend our hearts and minds into conformity to His will, that when obeying Him we shall be but carrying out our own impulses. The will, refined and sanctified, will find its highest delight in doing HIS SERVICE. When we know God as it is our privilege to know Him, our life will be a life of continual obedience. Through an appreciation of the CHARACTER of Christ, through communion with God, sin will become HATEFUL TO US. (E.G.White)

My friends remember “No weapon formed against you shall prosper,” because  God will never “leave or forsake” His TRUE and FAITHFUL WARRIORS. That is why we must never give up until THE DEVELOPMENTAL PROCESS is over, and we are VICTORIOUS while remaining FOCUSED on our example “JESUS CHRIST, the AUTHOR, and FINISHER of our FAITH, who for the joy that was set before Him ENDURED THE CROSS.” Heb 12:2 SO MY FRIENDS ARE YOU READY!!!

“AN UNDIVIDED HEART” “ON ONE ACCORD” AS WE FINISH THE COURSE!!!

Of Zebulun, there were 50,000 who went out in the army, who could draw up in battle formation with all kinds of weapons of war and helped David with an UNDIVIDED HEARTS.1 Chronicles 12:33

My friends 50,000 soldiers from the tribe of Zebulun, one of the twelve tribes of Israel who served in David’s army, all, with UNDIVIDED HEARTS. My friends let’s take our focus first on AN UNDIVIDED HEART. This is what we must all seek as God’s chosen generation.

Singleness of purpose, not wavering on the standards of God’s precepts, not allowing any other gods to come before our Lord and Savior. “And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with ONE ACCORD in one place.

“And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.” Acts 2:1-2 As God’s Children, oh what power God has promise each of us with UNDIVIDED HEARTS, who are on ONE ACCORD, as we finish the COURSE God has set before us.

“But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my COURSE and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.” Acts 20:24 My friends We are only promised threescore and ten years to be on this earth.

So once we have allowed God’s Spirit to transform or lives into the image of Christ then it must become all about what God wants, and once this decision is made, it takes us to another level in our Christian experience, from what we are used to being at before Christ came into our life.

Now God’s PASSION to save, becomes our PASSION as we search each day for more ways to please the one who gave it all so that we may receive eternal life. “More about Jesus let me learn, More of His holy will discern; SPIRIT OF GOD, my teacher be, Showing the things of Christ to me.”

Yes my friends MORE ABOUT JESUS must be our PASSION. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” Colossians 3:23-25

I realize at times in your life you ask yourself, in the midst of all the STORMS that you encounter, like Gideon did in Judges 6:11-14 when the Angel of the Lord came and sat under the terebinth tree which was in Ophrah, which belonged to Joash the Abiezrite, while his son Gideon threshed wheat in the winepress, in order to hide it from the Midianites.

And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him, and said to him, “The Lord is with you, you mighty man of valor!” Gideon said to Him, “O my lord, if the Lord is with us, WHY THEN HAS ALL OF THIS HAPPENED TO US.”….. Then the LORD turned to him and said, “GO in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites. HAVE I NOT SENT YOU?”

My friends “GO! HAVE GOD NOT SENT YOU?” has he not told you “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few….” Luke 10:2 But we must have an UNDIVIDED HEART. A heart that is forever FOCUS on the LOVE. MERCY, GRACE, and the SAVING POWER OF CHRIST and His needs.

Also with an UNDIVIDED HEART we can never lose sight of the cross that we must bear “And whoever does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me.” Matt.10:38 So my friends if your desire is be like Christ, and carry your cross, you must remember the COURSE is GRUELING and NARROW.

But VICTORY became ours on Calvary. But we must believe, and trust God that he is in control of our DESTINY if we will only give it all to Him. And then through GOD”S SPIRIT Our HEARTS will be UNDIVIDED, ON ONE ACCORD, as we allow Our DESIRES, our GOALS, our PASSION, our FOCUS, our FAITH, our ENDURANCE, our PRAYERS, and GOD”S WORD to take each of us To the  end of the COURSE, and then to ETERNAL LIFE in God’s pure and holy Kingdom.

“BETTER TO LIGHT A CANDLE THAN TO CURSE THE DARKNESS”

“And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed. But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God.” John 3:19-21

Several people are associated with this familiar quote most famous of all the late President John F. Kennedy. So as a Child of God what meaning does this statement have to you? Well usually when we think of darkness we associate the word with evil, or with the Prince of Evil, or Darkness Satan himself.

So what this quote tells me is, it is “BETTER TO LIGHT A CANDLE which also to a child of God represents the pure holiness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Ephesians 5:8 says “For at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light”

Paul also says in Romans 13:11-13 And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day.”

My friends what I need you to focus on today is the clear and precise words of Paul when he tells us “IT IS HIGH TIME TO AWAKE OUT OF SLEEP;….THE NIGHT IS FAR SPENT, THE DAY IS AT HAND.”

We have wasted far too much time blaming Satan for our trials and tribulations instead of focusing on our deliverer Jesus Christ and what he may be trying to prepare us for on this journey He has placed us on. Remember my friends.

“There hath no temptation taken hold of you but such as is common to man. But God is faithful; He will not suffer you to be tempted beyond that which ye are able to bear, but with the temptation will also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” 1 Cor. 10:13

That is why Paul also tells us, PUT ON THE ARMOR OF LIGHT. Which is the saving power of Christ and His Spirit. As God’s chosen generation God has our back in every situation and circumstances in our life. Remember Satan is also a created being whose grace has run its course, he has no more chances to redeem himself.

On Calvary when Christ said it is FINISH, it was FINISHED for Satan, the war was won. Christ was VICTORIOUS, He CONQUERED sin, without sinning, and through Christ we can also be CONQUERS “Christ was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5

And this was all done so we could forever eliminate the darkness out of our lives as we allow the transforming power of Gods Spirit to take complete control of our life. “And I will lead the blind in a way that they do not know, in paths that they have not known I will guide them. I will turn the darkness before them into light, the rough places into level ground. These are the things I do, and I do not forsake them. Isaiah 42:16

So my friends Remember Satin’s only purpose as “the god of this world is to blind the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.” 2Cor. 4:4

“Every gem of thought, every flash of the intellect, is from the Light of the world. In these days we hear much about “higher education.” The true “higher education” is that imparted by Him “in whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” Colossians 2:3 and “In Him was life; and the life was the light of men.” John 1:4. “He that followeth Me,” said Jesus, “shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” (White)

“COMMUNICATING CHRIST IN THE CHAOS”

The theme at a convention for a group called (SAC). To me it says it all, because my friends there is the DILEMMA we all face as God’s chosen, being CENTER STAGE of this CHAOS and the great controversy between good and evil.

So how do we COMMUNICATE our message in the midst of the over saturation of technology, and the bombardment of the media on every level which has allowed the god of this world along with the habitation of demons, and unclean spirits,” to turn his world and all who follow after him into zombies who are easily manipulated by government and corporate advertisers who have told us to BUY, BUY, and to WATCH, WATCH.

My friends Satan’s only desire is that we all lose sight of Christ saving grace, while forgetting that life is too short to squander away on the things of this world. For we only have but a short period of probation, from birth to death in which to prepare, and to prepare others for God’s pure and holy kingdom.

Paul tells us “I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage that I may gain Christ. Phil. 3:8 Yes my friends it must be all about Christ and him crucified, and how do we get our message of the love and grace of a Savior who has prepared a place for all who believe that He forgives all sins.

Yes a place Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man”  Remember friends our responsibility and duty as Christians as we enter into the last phase of this life’s history before Christ soon return, is to “COMMUNICATE CHRIST IN THE CHAOS” make saving souls your No. one priority.

As Christians we must have a PASSION engrossed with love, and A Heartfelt and concentrated zeal for saving souls as we follow Christ mandate To take the “Gospel of the kingdom throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”

And in so doing you have put before all who sees Christ in you, a road map to the source of all power which comes directly from God’s Holy Spirit. A power that is engrossed with love, as God loved. As God’s chosen, our course for this journey was set for us, by God on Calvary.

Our focused must never waiver it must be all about Christ and His will for us in spreading the good news of His soon coming to the World. For with each passing day there are family members, friends, neighbors, co-workers and a world that is losing sight of Gods saving grace, and mercy that we must be our our no. one priority.

Mrs. White speaks in her book “Early Writings” of  “A train of cars that were shown her, going with the speed of lightning. The angel bade her to look carefully. As she fixed her eyes upon the train. It seemed that the whole world was on board. Then he showed her the conductor, a fair, stately person, whom all the passengers looked up to and reverenced.

I was perplexed and asked my attending angel who it was. He said, It is Satan. He is the conductor, in the form of an angel of light. He has taken the world captive. They are given over to strong delusions, to believe a lie that they may be damned.

His agent, the highest in order next to him, is the engineer, and others of his agents are employed in different offices as he may need them, and they are all going with lightning speed to perdition. Then she asked the angel if there were none left. He bade me to look in the opposite direction, and I saw a little company traveling a narrow pathway.

All seemed to be firmly united by the truth. This little company looked careworn, as if they had passed through severe TRIALS and CONFLICTS. And it appeared as if the sun had just arisen from behind a cloud and shone upon their countenances, causing them to look triumphant as if their victories were nearly won.”

My Friends time is running out we only have a short time to “COMMUNICATE CHRIST IN THE CHAOS” as we rescue souls that are on that train to perdition.

MY FRIENDS “GO FORWARD” IN FAITH!!!

And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today….. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” And the Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to GO FORWARD.  But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it……Exodus 14:13-16

My friends let’s take our immigration back in time, as we take this same journey the Israelites are about to walk in Ex. 14 They have just left Egypt while terror was still in the hearts of their oppressors. Yes this generation of God’s chosen had just witnessed the all-consuming power of the great I AM.

The plagues, the Passover, there faith had been awaken after 400 hundred years of being in bondage in Egypt.  Yes there adventures would be talked about in the pages of God’s Word throughout all generations, until the Son of man shall appear Himself to take His faithful to the heavenly promise land.

Oh what excitement. “Your thunder roared from the whirlwind; the lightning lit up the world! The earth trembled and shook. Your road led through the sea, your pathway through the mighty waters, a pathway no one knew was there! You led your people along that road like a flock of sheep, with Moses and Aaron as their shepherds.” Ps. 77:18-20 Yes my friends God’s chosen people did all that was asked in faith, and then they Saw once again the power of God as Moses stretched out his arm, and the waters departed.

But “Often the Christian life is beset by dangers, and duty seems hard to perform. The imagination pictures impending ruin before and bondage or death behind. Yet the voice of God speaks clearly, “GO FORWARD.” We should obey this command, even though our eyes cannot penetrate the darkness, and we feel the cold waves about our feet.

The obstacles that hinder our progress will never disappear before a halting, doubting spirit. Those who defer obedience till every shadow of uncertainty disappears and there remains no risk of failure or defeat, will never obey at all. Unbelief whispers, “Let us wait till the obstructions are removed, and we can see our way clearly;” but faith courageously urges an advance, hoping all things, believing all things.” (E.G. White Patriarchs and Prophets PP 290)

My friends these are the words I need you to focus on today. “Those who defer obedience till every shadow of uncertainty disappears and there remains no risk of failure or defeat, will never obey at all.” As  God’s chosen generation we have been called to serve where ever Christ needs us to go, as we  carry out the good news of the gospel to this generation before His soon appearing.

At times our FAITH will be taken to its limit, and at times it may not seem that God is listening. We may ask ourselves has he fallen asleep “Indeed, he who watches over Israel never slumbers or sleeps. The Lord himself watches over you! The Lord stands beside you as your protective shade.” Ps. 121:4-5

but my friends where is your Faith today “If you have run with the footmen, and they have wearied you Then how can you contend with horses And if in the land of peace, In which you trusted, they wearied you, Then how will you do in the floodplain of the Jordan?” Jer. 12:5

It’s amazing the power of FAITH, but it can  only be power if we allow the source of all power to control our life. He  must take lead on this journey if we are to finish, because it can only be accomplished by the workings of God’s Spirit as he transforms our lives each day and strengthens our faith as he encourages us to GO FORWARD “

You can do all things through Christ” but today my friends you must search your own Hearts and ask yourself  “Where is my faith?” am I prepared to GO FORWARD all the way with Christ even to the cross. “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.” Matt. 16:24 So“choose you this day whom ye will serve” But remember only one Master will lead you to ETERNAL LIFE so GO FORWARD in FAITH as you tell yourself “GOD OVER EVERYTHING”

“DELIGHT IN THE LORD, DESIRES OF YOUR HEART, COMMIT AND TRUST”

Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you THE DESIRES OF YOUR HEART. COMMIT your way to the Lord, TRUST also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. Ps. 37:4-5

My friends first let’s dissect Ps.37:4-5 the Psalmist tells us to DELIGHT YOURSELF IN THE LORD. How does one DELIGHT him or herself in the Lord? Well it would seem like a person who just enjoy’s being in the PRESENCE of the Lord.

Like Mary who just enjoyed sitting at the feet of the Master. Because once you are in His Presence you should never want to leave because His PRESENCE means you have placed all of “your burden upon the LORD” and then your FAITH in all of the promises of God allows you to become.

“Steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that what you do for Christ will never be in vain” 1 Cor. 15:58 But what our God really seeks from His Children, is for you to let His Spirit transform your heart and body into His Image.

because He knows once we become like him that is when we will only want to be in His PRESCIENCE  as we “lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, while running with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith… Heb 12:1-2

So my friends this is why I wanted to dissect Ps. 37:4-5 because most of us all we here is the part of the verse that talks about Him giving you THE DESIRES OF YOUR HEART. And this is where I need you to focus today, because once we DELIGHT IN THE LORD His DESIRES will be our DESIRES and our DESIRES will only be the things that will praise God and give Him all the glory and honor.

So if a new car, house, job, marriage, education etc. etc. will give Him the praise, honor, and glory, He will be more then willing to give us the DESIRES OF OUR HEART. but it must be all about God because “ONLY WHAT WE DO FOR CHRIST WILL LAST”

1 Thess. 5:16-18 tells us to “Rejoice always; pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus towards us.” and then we come to verse 5 of Ps 37 where it tells us to COMMIT your way to the Lord, TRUST also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.

COMMIT my Friends we must give it all to the Master. Our only purpose in life should be to SERVE God and “Trust in the Lord with all our heart And lean not on our own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct our paths. Prov. 3:5-6

But my friends we must never forget that the Path or Journey that Christ has placed us on is a very narrow path. For “the Gateway to Life is small, and the road is narrow, and only a few ever find it.” Matt 7:14 and that is because the only way we will get through that narrow road is when we have decided to GIVE IT ALL TO THE MASTER.

Even those “SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE SINS” that so easily ENSNARES us the ones that the god of this world tells us that they are not really sins. It’s not really a sin if you buy that bootleg tape, or buy a stolen item from someone, or cheat just a tiny bit on your income tax, or watch something on TV that dishonors God and His values.

And that is probably about 98 % of what comes on our TV’S’. My friends “If the Angels could pull back the curtain and we could see how close we are to God ‘s second coming.” But you do “know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.” Matt. 25:23

So today my friends lets TRUST, and COMMIT it all to God so each of us one day will be able to here those words from the MASTER “Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!” Matt. 25:23
