“TO THEM THAT LOVE GOD, ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD”

And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that TO THEM THAT LOVE GOD ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD, even to them that are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:27-28

If you are a child of God, there must be a guanine faith and a passion for the presence of God that gives us hope in all situations and circumstances which then makes life complete. Without that, there is a void from within. The poet Byron said, “My days are in yellow leaf, the flowers and fruits of life are gone, the worm and the canker, and the grief are mine alone.” Ralph Barton, one of the top cartoonists of the nations, left this note pinned to his pillow before taking his own life: “I have had few difficulties, many friends, great successes; I have gone from wife to wife, from house to house, visited great countries of the world, but I am fed up with inventing devices to fill up twenty-four hours of the day.”

Friends on average, there are 12.1 deaths per 100,000 lives that somehow Satan has convince that suicide is their only HOPE. And the no. 1 cause is depression which is always followed by a inescapable sense of belief that there is no escape, and that life has just become hopeless.

What a sad scenario for a child of the King, a King who gave His only Begotten Son to suffer the death of the cross, which becomes an example for each of us as we recognize that the “glory of our Salvation is in our sufferings “because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. Romans 5:3-5

So my friends  the last sentence of verse 5 is where I am trying to take you today where it tells us hope does not put us to shame, because “GOD’S LOVE HAS BEEN POURED OUT INTO OUR HEARTS through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”

And if we go over to Romans 8:27-28 is says “He that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that TO THEM THAT LOVE GOD ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD, even to them that are called according to his purpose.”

My friends, the promises of God is before us, but we must seek His promises with a passion, as we say please “pour until we are filled, You provide the Fire I’ll provide the sacrifice, You provide the Spirit And I will open up the inside” But in order for this to happen we must allow self to die, as the Spirit transforms our Character without hindrance.

And once we have given Him total access then, Our Marriage, health, children, employment, finances and life itself will all WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD . But the main INGREDIENT to ALL THINGS WORKING TOGETHER FOR GOOD, is our FAITH, because we may not always see the milk, honey, and the fruits in the promise land at the time we need it.

That is where our FAITH takes over because “without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” Heb.11:6  My friends look around, listen to the news, God’s Spirit is gradually being withdrawn from individuals and therefore Satan leaves them with no hope because the god of this world is who they have chosen to serve.

So as God’s chosen generation we have the responsibility to take the good news of the gospel to the world and tell them THERE IS HOPE, THERE IS MERCY, THERE IS GRACE, THERE IS LOVE, AND ALL THINGS WILL WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD” if you believe. But it starts with knowing God  through His word and Spirit.

My friends if the “angels could pull back the curtain” and you could see how close we are to God saying it is finished we would all tremble and weep while putting on sackcloth and ashes as we fall prostrate before God in repentance. But my friends today God is asking that we allow HIS LOVE TO BE POURED OUT INTO OUR HEARTS, SO THAT ALL THINGS WILL WORK TOGETHER FOR OUR SALVATION, AND ETERNAL LIFE.”

EXTRA, EXTRA, READ ALL ABOUT IT!!! “LORD HOW LONG”? SOON

“A shoot shall come out from the stock of Jesse, and a branch shall grow out of his roots…And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, Nor decide by the hearing of His ears; But with righteousness He shall judge the poor, And decide with equity for the meek of the earth; He shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked. Righteousness shall be the belt of His loins, And faithfulness the belt of His waist. The wolf shall live with the lamb, the leopard shall lie down with the kid, the calf and the lion and the fatling together, and a little child shall lead them….for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.” Is. 11:1-9

Isaiah a prophet for Christ first, and second coming. “LORD HOW LONG?” Isaiah cries out before he is foretold  the destruction of Israel but he also gives HOPE, for such a time. “Look, a young woman is with child and will bear a son and will call him Immanuel.” Isaiah 7:14

My friends the testimony to each of us, and where I need you to focus on today is the vision of Isaiah when he saw “the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple. Above it stood seraphim; each one had six wings: with two he covered his face, with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. And one cried to another and said: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory!”Isaiah 6:1-3

HOPE my friends this is the picture I want imprinted in your mind every waken moment of your day. And as Isaiah was given a mandate from God we also have a mandate to go into all the world with the message EXTRA, EXTRA, READ ALL ABOUT IT, IN GOD’S WORD!!! CHRIST WILL BE HERE SOON, TO TAKE US HOME WITH HIM, BUT FIRST YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THERE IS “NO OTHER NAME UNDER HEAVEN GIVEN TO MANKIND BY WHICH WE CAN RECEIVE SALVATION.” And my friends we know that is only Jesus Christ and Him crucified.

But as God’s Chosen our responsibility is to study the word of God daily while allowing self to die as we become transformed into the character of Christ through His Spirit, and as we see the purity of our savior against the wretchedness of our lives, we will then lay prostrate before the Lord, and say as Isaiah.

“Woe is me, for I am undone! Because I am a man and woman of unclean lips, And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips” but God cleanse me each day as my Character becomes more and more like yours for I am a chosen representative chosen by the SON OF GOD to give the good news of His gospel to the world “for such a time as this.”

As we “Let our light so shine before men and women, that they may see our good works as we glorify our Father in heaven.” Matt. 5:16 So now ask yourself  Is my lamps trimmed, and full of oil. Am I determined to hold on to Christ until you have received the power of God’s Spirit.

My friends the god of this world has alternative plans for the Children of God as He tells His representatives. Just keep them occupied let them think my world is much more important then going to a place that “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,” that I got kicked out of for trying to say God’s law was unjust, and no one could keep it.

If we could have only kept His Son who I hate, from reaching Calvary, and showing that God’s law is Just, and Holy, and, based on GRACE, LOVE and MERCY, and that man can live a righteous life through faith. My friends one day soon even Satan will have to bow down to the Creator of the universe.

So today tell the world. EXTRA, EXTRA THE END IS NEAR NOW IS THE TIME TO PUT ON THE “WEDDING GARMENT OF THE LORD” as you “lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross….” Heb. 12:1-2

MY WAYS,  MY THOUGHTS,  MY WORDS, MY WORKS, WHO IS THE THE SMARTEST IN THE ROOM!!!

So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:11

When our thoughts have gone as far as the mind will take us into infinity, and our vision has taken us to the farthest of galaxies, and when we have reached the highest standard of human awareness, somewhere in the heavens looking down with great anticipation to bring his Children into an eternal perspective is the Word.

For “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” John 1:1 there is no comprehending God on the level of man that is why we go to the scriptures to try and place God into some sort of human perspective but the closest we can come to is GOD IS LOVE.

So my friends let’s go to some of the great geniuses of the century. Isaac Newton, (GRAVITY) gravitational attraction between PLANETS that God created. Louis Pasteur principles of VACCINATION, MICROBIAL FERMENTATION AND PASTEURIZATION, starting with BACTERIA which he observed in MILK which came from one of GOD’S CREATED ANIMALS Albert Einstein’s, THEORY OF RELATIVITY, ENERGY, LIGHT, PLANET ROTATION, ALL OF GODS CREATION. James Watson and Francis Crick. DNA, WHICH IS IN ALL OF GODS LIVING CREATURES

And I could go on and on  but my friends I need you focus, and go beyond the mind and thoughts of any man or woman but that doesn’t solve anything because once you get there you still have The Word waiting patiently beyond our thoughts that tells us GOD IS LOVE.

My friends what I am trying to tell you is, it is not complicated because God knew He would have to bring HIMSELF to the level of HIS created beings. That is why he sent His only begotten Son to die for our sins  to let us know that we can go beyond this world to a place “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man.”

But it all starts in the beginning with the Word  where we receive all knowledge and understanding through our righteousness by the faith that we receive through the Spirit of GOD WHO IS LOVE. “The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.” 1 Cor. 2:14

My friends that tells me no matter how much intelligence you may have if we have not let the Spirit of God transform our life through Gods Word we are as the foolish man and Matthew Tells us in Matt. 7:26 “Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.”

Where I am trying to take you today friends is that the God of the universe has brought Salvation to the level and intelligence of any man who will accept Christ as there Savior, but we must believe that, for “without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” Heb. 11:6

As we look at the world today and the end time prophecy, man is about at His limit of intelligence, and wickedness. But with God there is no limit to His love, For the sacrifice of His “only Begotten Son” at the cross tells us that.

Eternity awaits us my friends, but the god of this world and all who follow Him will soon have reached their cup of indignation and soon God will say it is finished let “he who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still. “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.” Rev 22:11-12 so my friends remember GOD IS THE SMARTEST IN THE ROOM, AND IF YOU HAVE FAITH AND BELIEVE, SOON “WE WILL BE LIKE HIM, FOR WE SHALL SEE HIM AS HE IS”

“IF JESUS CAME TO YOUR HOUSE TO SPEND A DAY OR TWO”

Luke 2:7 And she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped him in swaddling cloths and laid him in a manger, because THERE WAS NO PLACE IN THE INN.

MY FRIENDS WHY WAS THERE NO ROOM IN THE INN surely they were expecting Him. I remember as a child a poem that was popular at the time. “If Jesus came to your house to spend a day or two.” I will give you the 21^st century version today.

“IF JESUS CAME TO YOUR HOUSE TO SPEND A DAY OR TWO.” would you have to hide your magazines, and books, and put your bible where they laid. Would you have to change the TV station from house wives of Atlanta to the Christian broadcasting channel, or take out Django Unchained on your DVD and put in Fireproof.

Would you have to download some  religious hymns on your IPOD, replacing what you now have that would surly offend Christ the one without sin. my friends would you continue your daily routine, your conversations, your texing, and twitter while changing your whole character to reflect some spiritual side that no one would recognize.

My friends how much preparation would you need if you did know Jesus was coming to your house today. The Jews had several thousands years to prepare for Christ coming.

“Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. Isaiah 7:14 That tells of His birth to a virgin. So MY FRIENDS WHY WAS THERE NO ROOM IN THE INN. “But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, who are too little to be among the clans of Judah, from you shall come forth for me one who is to be ruler in Israel, whose coming forth is from of old, from ancient days.” Micah 5:2 That tells what city he would be born in so MY FRIENDS WHY WAS THERE NO ROOM IN THE INN.

Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout aloud, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your king is coming to you; righteous and having salvation is he, humble and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey. Zech 9:9 That tells of His entrance into Jerusalem riding a donkey. So MY FRIENDS WHY WAS THERE NO ROOM IN THE INN.

For dogs encompass me; a company of evildoers encircles me; they have pierced my hands and feet I can count all my bones they stare and gloat over me; they divide my garments among them, and for my clothing they cast lots. Ps 22:16-18

So much about Christ coming the elite were familiar with, from Christ birth to His death it was all laid out in the scriptures. So MY FRIENDS WHY WAS THERE NO ROOM IN THE INN. If you can answer that question, then what about God’s chosen generation in the 21^st century.

Let’s go to a chapter in God’s Word we are all familiar with Matt 24 when he tells us “many shall come in my name saying they are Christ, Be careful. There will also be wars and rumors of wars, For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:

There will be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. And when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place,”

My friends a daily account in today’s headlines are all through God’s Word so WHY IS THERE NO ROOM IN OUR HEARTS FOR THE MASTER. Why are we not willing to study God’s word and die daily as we transform our lives through God’s Spirit.

Christ tells us He is coming soon, a road map lays before us, but we refuse to “lay aside every weight, (AND SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE) sin which doth so easily beset us, and run with patience the race that is set before us.” Heb12:1 the Good Shepherd stands knocking at the door of your heart. If anyone hears His voice and opens the door, He will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. Rev. 3:20

MY FRIENDS GOD”S WORD IS THE UNVEILING OF JESUS CHRIST SOON RETURN “for such a time as this” SO PLEASE MAKE ROOM FOR THE SAVIOR IN YOUR HEART TODAY even though “no one knows when, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” He has still told us when we would get to the threshold of His coming AND MY FRIENDS WE ARE THERE.

“THE VESSEL HE MADE WAS SPOILED IN THE HANDS OF THE POTTER, AND HE REWORKED IT AGAIN, AND AGAIN”!!!!!

I went down to the potter’s house, and there he was working at his wheel. And the vessel he was making of clay was spoiled in the potter’s hand, and he reworked it into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to do. Jer. 18:3-4

My friends I need you to focus over your life today, as far back as your mind will take you, starting from childhood to adolescent, and beyond to where you are on your JOURNEY Christ has placed you on as you go through each situation, circumstances and crossroads of your life.

Now close your eyes visualize and know without a doubt, it was always the  touch of the Masters hand, at each intersection in-spite of Satan REDIRECTING  the direction you were going which from all indications at that point you became useless, and unworkable. This is where the CLAY BECOMES SPOILED, so you discard, and move on to the next project.

As a teen I remember taking pottery in a art class and each time the clay would become unworkable I would just discard, and start over. OH BUT IN THE POTTERS HANDS, HE NEVER CEASES TO REWORK and FORM THE CLAY OR OUR CHARACTERS.

My friends continue to focus on the fact that the potter always has the power over weather the clay is discarded or not, but In Christ hands He never does. Instead He uses His CREATIVE POWER and just reshapes us OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNTIL WE BECOME THE IMAGE HE IS SEEKING.

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Eph 2:10 Yes my friends it was his hands that reached down and formed man and woman from the clay of the ground as He “breathed into our nostrils the breath of life”

So you see our SAVIOR or POTTER has a vested interest in the final product and where we end up. And if we have faith in the POTTER”S TOUCH nothing “…..in all creation, will be able to separate us from the POTTERS TOUCH, and LOVE that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

“Oh what a merciful God whose grace and mercy is good, and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.” So throughout our lives He was forever working, and reworking, and because he is God we personally become His sole project, unique in Character with only one trait in common with the rest of His handiwork, and that is the POTTERS TOUCH.

And as he Continues the process from day to day, perfection will be accomplished when Christ is revealed at His second coming to each of His faithful redeemed. Psalm 139:13-16. tells us “You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Your book were all written The days that were ordained for me,”

My friends this tells me that we have always been in the POTTERS PLANS “to prosper each of His faithful, and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future, In His earth made new.” But the choice is still ours. Remember the things of this world that Satan has placed in front of us can also shape our destiny the only difference is his only purpose is to destroy the clay.

But we must choose whose hands we want to remain in, for you cannot have two forces working on forming our Character, “Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other.”

So remember the POTTER will “never leave or forsake you” that choice becomes our decision. So my friends just continue to allow the master to do what He does best which is to rework, and transform WITH LOVE THE VESSEL OF OUR HEART UNTIL HIS APPEARING. And then the Master will say to us “Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’ Matt. 25:23

SATAN’S TRUMP CARD, APPETITE.!!!

My friends I want to take you inside a board room today, to a special called meeting. The CEO, and god of this world, Satan himself, and all of his elite forces are in attendance, and there is only one item on the agenda YOU.

One of God’s chosen, a Child of the King, an elite in the army on the other side of the conflict, the ARMY OF THE LORD. One of Satan’s elite starts the meeting with a power point presentation. He shows that his regiment of forces has tried everything to get you to change your allegiance in this great controversy.

Everything from ADULTERY, LYING, BUYING BOOTLEG DVD’S, HOMOSEXUALITY, TIME WASTED IN FRONT OF THE TV in fact all of the “SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE SINS” we have tempted him on, but with no success. Satan stands, cohorts I need some suggestions even if we can’t recruit him into our army, how can we render him, or her inoperable before the final battle.

We do not want them on the front line winning souls for Christ, time is short, and no prisoners are allowed to be taken. A hand is raised from the back one of the elite who has been following you from birth. Satan why don’t we try your original tactic which still has them falling even after six thousand years and that is YOUR TRUMP CARD, APPETITE.

My friends you  finish the scenario. But I need you to focus on, How do you as God’s chosen conquer the indulgence of SATAN’S TRUMP CARD, APPETITE, because once most of us have conquered APPETITE, we will then have the moral power through God’s Spirit to finish this journey that God has placed us on, because if we do not recognize the sin of  SATAN’S TRUMP CARD, APPETITE, then we begin to loose the victory over other temptations and sins that Satan attack us on.

Remember those who remain slaves to appetite will forever fail, in perfecting Christian character that prepares us for God’s kingdom. So as we near the close of  life’s history, Satan’s temptation of the flesh, and the passion of improper eating habits, will be more powerful and more difficult to overcome.

But Satan can only attack our weaknesses and infirmities when we allow the affairs of this world to outweigh our relationship with God and the amount of time we spend each day in studying His word and doing His will. Remember Christ was also tempted in appetite, But His words to Satan are one’s we as Christians should all use in our war on APPETITE “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word (and not just the words we deem appropriate for our lifestyle) but every word of God.”

While allowing the power of His word to dictate our appetite through His Holy Spirit. Yes my friends SATANS TRUMP CARD, for most of us is APPETITE, because we have won the battle over everything else but we really don’t see the problem with  APPETITE  because you know you have to eat, but Our eating habits should always and forever, be regulated from a moral and religious standpoint, that is based on Christ example.

So we are to be temperate in all things, Paul states in 1 Cor. 10:31 “Therefore whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. ”Providence has been leading the people of God out from the extravagant habits of the world, away from the indulgence of appetite and passion, to take their stand upon the platform of self-denial, and temperance in all things.

The people whom God is leading will be peculiar. They will not be like the world. If they follow the leading of God, they will accomplish His purposes, and will yield their will to His will.” (E.G. White Councils on diets and foods) And the temple of God will remain holy.

My friends our goal is to finish this journey, and not allow Satan to stop our progress in spreading the good news of Christ soon return because if we allow appetite to Rule our mind and body then the final result will be the disintegration of the spiritual part of what God intended for us from the beginning.

One of the strongest temptations that we will ever have to face is probably upon the point of appetite. So let’s all be “conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come,” Can make me fall at the threshold of the New Jerusalem

“SUFFERING, ENDURANCE, CHARACTER, AND CHARACTER PRODUCES HOPE”

“Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in HOPE of the glory of God. More than that, we rejoice in our SUFFERINGS, knowing that SUFFERING PRODUCES, ENDURANCE AND ENDURANCE PRODUCES CHARACTER AND CHARACTER PRODUCES HOPE, and HOPE does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.” Romans 5:2-5

One day Jesus was walking, and the Jews ask Him, “How long will you keep us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly.” Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in my Father’s name bear witness about me,  but you do not believe because you are not among my sheep. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. John 10:23-27

In the presence of God, and  not recognize the Character of the Son God. As our example His CHARACTER spoke for itself. Especially when He healed the man blind from birth who was now able to see because of the healing touch of the Master. “As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”  John 9:5 OH WHAT HOPE FOR ALL.

How could you not recognize the Christ when the elite of the Jews, tried to entrapped a wayward Child of God in the act of adultery who some scholars say was Mary Magdalene, only for the purpose of embarrassing and staining the CHARACTER OF CHRIST, with stones in hand ready to execute, seeked the Master’s approval to condemn.

That was a good opportunity to recognize THE CHARACTER OF LOVE FROM THE GOOD SHEPHERD, but they declined. With the love that a Father would show for His child, He used the same fingers that wrote the 10 precepts that builds the foundation, and CHARACTER OF LOVE FOR THE WORLD.

Yes my friends the same fingers that would point from east, to west for the sins of all, who believed, on the cross at Calvary, He now stooped down to save, and in the sand as he wrote, ask her accusers “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first. In the end only She remained in the PRESENCE OF THE MASTER, THE ONLY HOPE FOR ALL WHO BELIEVE.

“but you do not believe because you are not my sheep. My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.” Now when He rose early on the first day of the week, He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom He had cast seven demons. A ONCE LOST SOUL WHO WAS NOW TRANSFORMED BY THE CHARACTER AND LOVE OF THE GOOD SHEPHERD, LOST HOPE NOW FOUND, OH WHAT A TESTIMONY.

“I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.”  2 Corinthians 6:16 If the elite had only look at there CHARACTER IN COMPARISON TO THE  LOVING CHARACTER OF THE ONE who declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty. John 6:35 Oh the lost opportunity they passed up FOR REAL HOPE IF THEY WOULD HAVE ONLY BELIEVED.

We could go on forever, but like John says in John 21:25 And there are also many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written.” But what I need you to focus on today is THE WALK OUR SAVIOR TOOK.

The SUFFERING by the hands of the elite who stayed in suspense and never believed, or recognized Christ as the SON OF GOD, But He continue to ENDURE  for “He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53: And He did it all to give US HOPE, AND ETERNAL LIFE

My friends Our goal must be to follow Christ to the cross through His Word while allowing the Holy Spirit to Transform our CHARACTER TO BE LIKE CHRIST, and once our CHARACTER IS LIKE HIS “We will then be “called the children of God! “for “it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is 1 John 3:2 OH WHAT HOPE FOR ALL WHO BELIEVES.

So my friends today. Stay focused, remain faithful, love one another and endure till the end and never forget to STUDY&PRAY

“YOU ARE MY BELOVED SON IN WHOM I AM WELL PLEASED”

“Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.” Then for forty days He fasted and prayed for strength. Today my friends I want you to focus on the second temptation when his legitimacy was brought into question from the PRINCE OF DARKNESS about Him being the Son of God “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down.

For it is written: ‘He shall give His angels charge over you, ’and, ‘In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone. AND Jesus response was “IT IS WRITTEN AGAIN, in other words once again Satan ‘You shall not tempt the Lord your God’

My friends forty days before Christ temptation in the wilderness He identified himself with sinners in His baptism in the Jordan  “it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, YOU ARE MY BELOVED SON IN WHOM I AM WELL PLEASED Luke 3:21-22

This is the beginning of His Ministry, He will now be placed on the center stage of all to see in the heavenly realms, and on earth. Was our Savior prepared “for such a time as this” Remember this is the Savior of the world the I AM who would die for us all, and the Hope of Israel who was counting on a king to reestablished a government, and there dominance in the world.

“And his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace” Isaiah. 9:6 But He knew His kingdom was not of this world, He knew He would be condemned as a follower of Beelzebub, and a transgressor of His own law.

My friends follow me close today and focus on where I am trying to take you. The first thirty years of His life He was a common, blue color laborer in his fathers carpentry shop, and knowing there was other son’s in the family, He wasn’t given a special right of immunity to work part-time, and then given the rest of the day to go and study the scriptures, and familiarized himself on what his mission from His Father in heaven was.

My friends we also work each day followed by all of our family, and church responsibilities. So if Christ is our example, why do we allow the things of this world to occupy the time we should be spending with God and His WORD. He herd His father say after his baptism “YOU ARE MY BELOVED SON IN WHOM I AM WELL PLEASED.”

But after forty day’s without food in the wilderness, weak and emasculated, maybe He just imagine that voice from above, My friends how did He know he was the son of God. The bible never mentions before His Baptism of Him being told of His Divinity.

But friends He could only recognize the voice of God if every waken moment of His day when he wasn’t working or doing his family duties, He was not preparing Himself for Calvary by seeking a connection with the father through THE SPIRIT, and a CONSTANT HEARTFELT PRAYER, and STUDY LIFE, yes my friends, He was prepared for the wilderness experience and Satan’s tactics of deception.

“For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Heb. 4:15 we must realize Christ could not have been our example if he would have allowed His Divinity to overcome the forces of evil.

It had to be the power of the same Spirit that we have access to through the Word, which in so doing gives us direct access to the Father through the son “who sits at the right hand of the Father.” My friends our Savior gave it all up for our Salvation, now what will we give up to be saved and receive eternal life.

God is talking to us today through His Spirit. Christ had no problem recognizing God’s voice and acting upon it. But our STUDY LIFE AND PRAYER HABITS has become weak, because we have allowed the constant sound of the TV, and all the alternatives to eternal life Satan offers to drown out Gods voice. Once again my friends don’t let the next time you Here God’d voice be when He stands up and says it is finish, then it will be to late.
