GOD ALWAYS LIGHTS THE WAY FOR A SOUL THAT GET’S OFF COURSE!!!

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the LIGHT of men.  And the LIGHT shines in the darkness….John 1:1-5

My friends wouldn’t it be amazing if we could travel without interruption on this Journey God has placed you and I on. But there are times when we wander in another, or an opposite direction from what God has designated for us.

But our God does not forsake us He tells us in Isaiah 42:16 “I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into LIGHT before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them.”

My friends our life is laid out before God, He see’s EVERY VALLEY created by unwise choices that we have made throughout our life. But as long as our focus stays on the Journey Christ tells us “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12

My friends light has always been a symbol of the presence of God who we should seek each day. From the beginning “God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness Gen 1:3 and throughout His word He leads His children with His LIGHT and throughout  His word his Children gets off COURSE.

But the LIGHT of God’s PRESENCE will forever remain in our PRESENCE if we continue to “Look to the Lord and his strength; and seek his face always Ps. 105:4 My friends today let’s focus on the children of Israel  who were in Slavery for 400 years because they had gotten off COURSE.

But my friends “His anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.” Ps 30:5 Yes the LIGHT will come, and it did come through His servant Moses who saw the LIGHT of God up close, and personal through the FLAMES of the burning bush as God gives Him a mandate to go and get His Children even though they had gotten OFF COURSE.

For “God remembered HIS COVENANT with Abraham, with Isaac., and with Jacob.” After leading the Children of Israel out of EGYPT, and out of  SLAVERY the “Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them LIGHT.”

Oh the mercy and grace of God no matter what situation or circumstances that we may encounter or the length of time we may stay OFF COURSE even after 400 years God promises are sure, they never change “for It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.” Deu. 31:8

And as we die daily, while allowing the LIGHT of God’s Spirit to transforms you into the image of God, our only desire should be to serve God as we then become LIGHT BEARERS as the PRESENCE  of God allows us to be the LIGHT in the DARKNESS of a world with no hope not realizing the SOURCE OF TRUE LIGHT IS IN GOD”S WORD AND SPIRIT, which leads to a fulfillment, and Salvation, which than makes all who believe Candidates for Gods Kingdom.

And with a continued PASSION, FAITH and ENDURANCE to finish the Journey, one day soon my friends eternal life will be our REWARD And “the redeemed will be sharers in His joy, as they behold, among the blessed, those who have been won to Christ through their prayers, their labors, and their loving sacrifice. As they gather about the great white throne, gladness unspeakable will fill their hearts, when they behold those whom they have won for Christ, and see that one has gained others, and these still others, all brought into the haven of rest, there to lay their crowns at Jesus’ feet and praise Him through the endless cycles of eternity.” (E.G. White The Great Controversy) So my friends STAY THE COURSE“ BECAUSE THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD JESUS CHRIST tells us “Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

So my friends today. Stay focused, remain faithful, love one another and endure till the end and never forget to STUDY&PRAY

“FOLLOW ME,”  AND TAKE THIS CROSS ON A JOURNEY HOME

Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and FOLLOW ME. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it.” Luke 9:22-24

My friends Christ is asking us to FOLLOW HIM AND TAKE THIS CROSS ON A JOURNEY HOME. To a beautiful HOME that has been prepared for the REDEEMED that “no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined.”

Friends this is the final destination WE ALL ARE SEEKING, but as you FOLLOW CHRIST ON HIS JOURNEY there will be stops along the way, Christ already knows the PATH He has traveled it before now He is asking you to travel it with Him as He guides you along the way.

Today get familiar with the route you will be taking, you have the roadmap which is THE WORD OF GOD. His Spirit will also be going along to keep us encouraged, and give us strength when we fill like the journey is to long, or to hard. He will also help us understand, and make the map, which again is THE WORD more clearer as we move from destination to destination.

And as Children of God on this JOURNEY you will “rejoice in the Lord your God for He will cause the rain to come down for you The former rain, And the latter rain” Joel 2:23 and then you will begin to “To preach good tidings to the poor and heal the brokenhearted, and proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; as you begin to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, And the day of vengeance of our God;” Isaiah 61:1-3

And as you begin to proclaim the good news of the gospel to all of the world of the GOODNESS, GRACE AND MERCY OF GOD, they will begin to see the vision also of a place “no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined” and if they accept christ as their Savior, they will also begin to FOLLOW CHRIST, AND TAKE HIS CROSS ON A JOURNEY HOME.

And as we all continue to FOLLOW CHRIST each day, self will begin to die until we are truly in the image of our father which art in heaven. But my friends on this JOURNEY everyone will have to BEAR THE CROSS CHRIST CARRIED. The same cross He carried for us while we were still sinners.

Now my friends this is the part of the Journey that only the strong will survive, BUT if you stay FOCUSED, HOLD ON TO YOUR FAITH, ENDURE, STUDY GOD’S WORD, WHILE ALLOWING GOD’S SPIRIT TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE, AND MAINTAIN A “HEARTFELT PRAYER LIFE more EARNESTLY THEN EVER BEFORE;  THEN GOD’S KINGDOM, AND ETERNITY IS YOURS.

Oh my friends are we prepared for this part of the Journey, carrying THE CROSS, we are now at the threshold of His coming, times will be difficult for God’s Chosen. My friends this Road WE FOLLOW CHRIST ON IS NARROW, only those who have been washed in the blood of Jesus Christ will survive.

No one who are lovers of self, or lovers of money, or proud, arrogant, abusive, and disobedient to their parents, CAN SURVIVE THIS JOURNEY, no one that is ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, or without self-control, CAN SURVIVE THIS JOURNEY, no one who is brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power CAN SURVIVE THIS JOURNEY.

So as you look at your on lives as you begin to WALK THE FINAL STAGE OF THIS JOURNEY, AND THE CROSS IS HANDED TO YOU, WE MUST ALL ASK OURSELVES, ARE WE READY FOR WHAT LIES AHEAD “IF THE ANGELS COULD PULL BACK THE CURTAIN” and you would see how close too the great TRIBULATION the Word speaks of, A TRIBULATION such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be.” If you could see how close, then you would fall prostrate before the Lord today in repentance, until your life was changed.

My friends it‘s one day before we celebrate the birth of Christ. IF HE CAME A SECOND TIME IN THOSE CLOUDS TOMORROW WOULD WE BE READY, IF NOT PLEASE, PLEASE BEGIN TO PREPARE LIKE NEVER BEFORE TO CARRY THAT CROSS, NO MATTER WHAT IT WILL TAKE TO DO SO.

ONLY THE MASTERS APPROVAL MATTERS!!!

“ Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15

A story is told of a young boy giving his first violin recital. He had studied hard for years under the guidance of one of the greatest masters in all of Europe. The boy had outstanding talents a feat very few his age accomplishes.

As he stood on the stage before an audience of hundreds of music lovers, he performed with great proficiency after each selection, as the crowd cheered him on.

He was the finest young performer they had ever had the pleasure of hearing. And yet the boy seemed not to notice. In fact, some later commented that he almost seemed annoyed by the applause. At the conclusion of the recital, the entire audience rose and gave the young performer a standing ovation as they shouted “Bravo, Bravo, Encore, Encore” and other words of praise and appreciation, throughout the theater.

However, the young musician was motionless as if not to hear his surroundings. Instead, he stood looking up into the balcony where an old, withered man sat,  looking back down at him. Finally after some consideration, the old gentleman smiled and nodded his head in approval.

Only then did the boy seem relieved as if a weight had been lifted off his shoulders, as his young face beamed with joy and delight. You see, the cheers of the crowd meant nothing, the praise was meaningless unless he had the approval of the Master!

Like Paul who urges Timothy to “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed,”  My friends as a Child of the king at this point on our Journey nothing maters but the approval of the Master because it is only His approval that will shape our character for eternity.

My friends we must always seek God’s presence in our life, and in so doing once this race is over the Master will be able to give us His nod of approval and say “Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!” Matt. 25:23

As you noticed in the story, the young prodigies focus was only on the Master and not his surroundings. So it is with each of God’s chosen, nothing of this world should cause us to deviate from what it will take to receive the mercy, grace and approval from the Master.

My friends oh what FAITH, PERSEVERANCE, ENDURANCE, DETERMINATION, and HARD WORK  it will take to finish the course, and cross the finish line. And this can only happen if we have “laid aside every weight, and  (SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE SINS) which so easily ensnares us,” as we  run the course with endurance like Christ, the “author and finisher of our Character.”

For it is He that gives us the vision of Hope and the Passion to be like Him. Remember my friends we are God’s prodigy, He has “formed us from the dust of the ground, and created us in the likeness of His image” which allows all we come in contact with to see through our actions that we are a child of the King.

My friends one day we must all face our righteous Judge, who will  judged us on our faith as a student, and our performance here on this earth, and the choices each of us has made throughout our life. So that is why it is so important to be in the presence of the Master at all times.

Like Solomon who  tells us in Solomon 1:14 “I observed every activity done on earth. My conclusion: all of it is pointless like chasing after the wind.” So for each of us who have decided to “finish this race we must remember, we are running to obtain that prize from the Masters which is eternal life.

“Thus I fight: “not as one who beats the air. But I discipline my Mind and body and bring it into subjection,” For the approval of Christ who gave it all for my Salvation. And as we Study and pray and hold on to our Faith and the promises in God’s word  which tells me once I have finish the course. “there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing 2 Timothy 4:8
