MY FRIENDS, ARE WE ALLOWING THE SITUATIONS OF OUR LIFE TO DICTATE OUR DESTINY?

MY FRIENDS, ARE WE ALLOWING THE SITUATIONS OF OUR LIFE TO DICTATE OUR DESTINY?

My friends, our Savior sees the end from the beginning. He knows every situation and circumstances that we may encounter in our lives and he has provided thousands of ways to help us images33carry our cross through them. He is our example and He will guide us to safety for “no temptation has overtaken [us] except what is common to mankind.

And God is faithful; He will not let [His children] be tempted beyond what [we] can bear. But when we are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that we can endure it.” 1 Cor. 10:13 (NIV)

So now we must make it personal and ask, are we allowing unforeseen condition of our life, brought on by Satan and sometimes by our own actions to dictate our destiny, instead of seeking through the noise, that quiet voice that has promised us “that He will never leave nor forsake us”?  So my friends he waits, he knocks, because his sole purpose is to save us with all the power, and strength, that got him to Calvary and the cross.

And that same power he gives to us if we will just have faith and with our faith, perseverance as He provides us with the adequate amount of strength to fulfill His will in our life. But imgres2[then we must allow that perseverance] to have its perfect work, that we may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. James 1:3-4 (NKJV)

Also, we must seek the presence of God daily as we ask Him, never to stop working with us until everything that he is trying to do in our life has been accomplish and we can see Him face to face and hear Him tell us, “Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.” Matt. 25:21 (NKJV)

In addition, the challenge for most of us is in allowing self to die and turning our life over to Christ, or maybe we are just terrified where Christ my lead. But my friends remember “The Lord is our shepherd; we shall not want.” And He also leadeth each of His children who have accepted Him as the Good Shepherd “in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.”

27-ps-23-shepherdAnd it is for his name sake that we consecrate our life for the Good shepherd today. Consistent with this we must also give him all the praise, honor and glory, for what He accomplishes in our Life daily if we allow Him to take control as we die daily to self and live our life through Jesus Christ who died on the cross for our sins and is now our advocate.

My Friends, things will happen in our life each day, but if our desire is life eternal in God’s kingdom these battles will never cease until Christ appearing. So there is no waving a white flag because surrender, in the wake of this conflict, means destruction. So the battle must continue, that is why Paul also tells us that each Day we must be “crucified with Christ.”

In addition, the conflict continues, but what is most important, His love, grace and mercy also continues. “There are many whose hearts are aching under a load of care because they seek to reach the world’s standard. They have chosen its service, accepted its perplexities, adopted its customs. (Ellen G. White, The Desire of Ages, p. 330.)

But as a Child of God our focus must be on God’s will for our life and “what Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man all that our God has prepared for those who love Him”

So friends stay focused, remain faithful, love one another and endure till the end and never forget to STUDY&PRAY
