GOD UNDERSTANDS, HE KNOWS MY HEART, I AM TRYING.

“And Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh and before his servants, and it became a serpent. But Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers; so the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments. For every man threw down his rod, and they became serpents. But Aaron’s rod swallowed up their rods. Ex 7:10-12

“SO AARON’S ROD, SWALLOWED UP THE MAGICIANS ROD’S. And if I read that right, it tells me God REIGNS. My friends as we move closer to Christ second coming. We continue to CLING to those sins that “so easily BESETS us.” As we continue to tell ourselves, WELL GOD UNDERSTANDS, HE KNOWS MY HEART, I AM TRYING.

So friends what you are saying is, Satan has the greater power over what we have through Christ. Well one of God’s promises to us says “For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world our faith.” 1 John 5:4

My friends this is where I need you to focus today, and that is Satan only has power over us if we give him that power. “For Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod and struck the dust of the earth, and it became lice on man and beast….” Now the magicians so worked with their enchantments to bring forth lice, BUT THEY COULD NOT.

Then the magicians said to Pharaoh, “THIS IS THE FINGER OF GOD” But Pharaoh’s heart grew hard, and he did not heed them.” Ex. 8:18-19 So Pharaoh’s magicians recognized the PRESENCE OF God but Pharaoh couldn’t, or it seems he just refused to.

So this tells me as Children of God we are also brought into the PRESENCE of God each day, but we must seek with a DESIRED PASSION to recognize Him, and then through God’s Spirit and our FAITH we then will turn off that TV and study God’s WORD, and of course all of our “SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE SINS” “which doth so easily beset us.” we will give to the Master and then “He will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all our sins into the depths of the sea..” Micah 7:19

My friends as we die daily and give it all to the Master and “run with patience the race that is set before us”  we will then have self-control over all sins as we allow God’s Spirit to take full Control “A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls.” Prov. 25:28

But No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.1 Cor. 10:13

My friends, God is preparing His Faithful “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” Eph. 2:10 I especially like what Paul tells us in 1 Cor. 9:17 “But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should BE DISQUALIFIED.”

My Friends We are God’s chosen generation, He has selected us to finish His work here on earth as we spread the good news of the gospel. That is what God requires of us as we enter the threshold of the promise land. SO LET’S NOT DISQUALIFY OURSELVES from doing God’s will because we cannot overcome.

The things God does NOT UNDERSTAND is why we are not finishing up his mandate that He has laid out before us. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a NEW CREATIONS; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Cor. 5:17

My friends nothing in that verse tells me God gives us permission to sin because HE UNDERSTANDS. But what it does tell us, If anyone is in Christ HE IS A NEW CREATION so our Faith must tell me “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me,” SAYS THE LORD. Is. 54:17 but my friends you must STAY FOCUSED, remain FAITHFUL, and ENDURE till the end.

So my friends today. Stay focused, remain faithful, love one another and endure till the end and never forget to STUDY&PRAY
